I've been living in Greenwich for about 15 years and this is the first time that I actually step foot and ordered food at Executive Corner Deli. I used to work locally and only ordered breakfast and there were never any complaints on delivery. Kevin is very sweet and has a wonderful personality. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Personally, I think the food is great and tasty. I believe the food quantity is good for the price. I suggest those who wrote a bad review needs to try it again or actually go and meet Kevin if they have the time. Greenwich Eats: I'm with my parents and abby and we're on a long drive and we happened to get a bit peckish (happens to the best of us!!). They were super friendly when we walked in - and gave our dog some bacon too - and they were hasty in providing some great grub. Not much seating, but we made the counter and stools work for us. Big menu and open to changes. My mom and abby recommend their split pea soup. read more

I just had to do this guy a solid and give him a 5 star rating. The man who runs this place has the swagger that a high end restaurant chef has - he moves fast, he checks on orders, seems to be incredibly good at multiple asking and best of all; knows how to treat customers. Awesome deli that's been running strong for the last 14 years plus! Great breakfast and tasty lunch specials that consistently change. We have given this place so many chances, today was our last time ever ordering from here. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and both were basically inedible. My husband had a bacon, sausage, egg and cheese. They were out of sausage so took it upon themselves to add extra bacon... which is fine, however, the bacon was so old and hard. I had a bacon, egg and cheese with a hash brown.. repulsive. The hash brown was so hard I could have broken my tooth. We also had a side of home-fries, they were cold and literally tasted sour. My daughter had banana pancakes- we paid $2 extra for the banana which was basically 4 pieces of sliced banana topped on the pancake and not inside of it. We order delivery from this deli often for breakfast. It can be very irritating to deal with several people ordering food from one place with several methods of payment and choosey orders. Lots of "No onion,extra pepper- can they be in two different packages? half rye toast half white..." Crazy requests- We certainly put this place through their paces when we order and its always correct. (thank god!) Not to mention their delivery girl is always patient when we have to get all the money together etc, I haven't tried their other foods but the breakfast is great and they have juices etc that can be delivered which is a huge plus. read more

I love the food at this Deli and have always gotten great customer service. Today however, I witnessed the dude in charge yelling at the poor kid at the counter, trying to keep up with the orders. If you are reading this, good sir, YOU ARE A JERK. I am a manager at a very busy salon and I would NEVER treat my employees that way. I know it's hard to keep up with work flow sometimes, particularly with limited staffing. But to openly yell at your employee like that infront of customers is embarrassing to the employee and awkward for your customers. You want a more productive worker? Build him up instead of tearing him down. If you need to coach him, do it in private. The only reason why I did not tell you off to your face is because I have tact. I work at a business in the area and order breakfast for the execs at least 3 times a week. I usually order from here because the delivery is typically fast. Recently I had been getting a lot of wrong orders. When I would call to let them know, it was always because they are too busy or because I wasn't clear enough. Hmm... Today, they messed up the order again, and when I called to let them know, the OWNER proceeded to call me a liar, that I didn't order what I said I ordered (meanwhile the correct order was written on the paper they gave me when they delivered it, so clearly I did). Then he began raising his voice at me, claiming that my orders were "too bland" which was the reason I didn't receive the correct thing. What!? When I informed him that he had lost a (frequent) customer for the way he spoke to me, he said that he didn't care, because we were difficult anyway. Mind you, the order was two eggs over easy with a side of toast. Huh?? I had been there before many times and the owner was usually a decently nice guy. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but don't take that out on a customer. There are plenty of other places in the area who will serve you a sandwich without a side of verbal abuse. read more

The sandwiches were pretty good, however the macaroni salad was spoiled and the pasta salad had no flavor. The macaroni salad had a fizzy texture and a sour taste, basically ruining the rest of our lunch. Thank god we didn't get sick from it. Won't be going back. read more
