The staff was really friendly when we arrived and they all helped my group of friends and I get signed up and registered fairly quickly. Definitely did a little speed through some of the games and really really had a good time. Was not able to enjoy any food or drinks there that day however, I do plan on going back to do so. It's definitely a place to come in let your inner child out. We had a blast while we were there. Everything was nice and clean. I did not check out the bathrooms so I can't speak on the bathrooms this time For parking, it is inside of the mall sells best to park in the mall we took an Uber so we didn't have to park. I will definitely be back well for sure. And I look forward to trying their food and drinks and experiencing more of the games. I definitely recommend checking them out

We spent two hours playing games that challenged you physically, mentally, or in skill. Some rooms: if you don't read the instructions within five seconds YOU WILL LOSE. So, read those instructions before entering a room. After the games, we had pizza, salad, treats, and unlimited soda at the bar. The ginger ale here is wonderful. I don't know why, but it's refreshing. This is a great team-building activity for friends, family, or co-workers. I was having so much fun I didn't want to take pictures and miss anything. A great way to go phone-free for a few hours and live in the moment.

The Watermark Hotel exceeded my expectations. Prior to my stay, I received several emails that…read moreincluded parking, metro, and general hotel information. About a day before I received information regarding mobile key access. I downloaded the app and was given a code to access my reservation. I checked in the morning of via the app and was advised they would let me know when my room was ready. Surprisingly, it was ready before 11am. I chose to drive instead of taking the metro. The directions provided took me directly to their garage. I parked on the sixth floor and used my mobile key to access the hotel door and elevators. I selected my floor and it assigned me an elevator that took me directly to the 15th floor. I had a King Junior suite. It was clean, spacious, modern, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely view of the Perch. The Watermark had many highlights. The first was the Perch. It offers swings, live music, food trucks, putt putt, a dog park, and a restaurant that you could get to from the 11th floor. It's family friendly and an overall beautiful space. Another highlight, is that Capital One Hall is literally around the corner and less than a 4 minute walk. It's a great location if you're attending a show which I was. Lastly, is breakfast is included. They offered Belgian waffles, grits, chicken and pork sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, hot cereal, cold cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and tea. I consider that a pretty good selection. The customer service was good. The staff that I encountered were very polite and professional. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to couples, families, or solo travelers. Things to note: parking is $25, check in is 4PM, check out is 12 PM, breakfast on the weekend is from 7-11 and weekdays 6-10.

The breakfast buffet was kind of terrible and we did not enjoy it at all. Parking was 25$ a day which is a lot in my opinion. Especially when it is pretty far outside of the city. The hotel is really close to the metro station. There is a grocery store on the bottom floor. There are really expensive foods and drinks on the 11th floor at the food trucks and bar. The TVs when you went from the parking garage to the hotels were so blaringly loud.
