The Watermark Hotel exceeded my expectations. Prior to my stay, I received several emails that included parking, metro, and general hotel information. About a day before I received information regarding mobile key access. I downloaded the app and was given a code to access my reservation. I checked in the morning of via the app and was advised they would let me know when my room was ready. Surprisingly, it was ready before 11am. I chose to drive instead of taking the metro.The directions provided took me directly to their garage. I parked on the sixth floor and used my mobile key to access the hotel door and elevators. I selected my floor and it assigned me an elevator that took me directly to the 15th floor. I had a King Junior suite. It was clean, spacious, modern, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely view of the Perch. The Watermark had many highlights. The first was the Perch. It offers swings, live music, food trucks, putt putt, a dog park, and a restaurant that you could get to from the 11th floor. It's family friendly and an overall beautiful space. Another highlight, is that Capital One Hall is literally around the corner and less than a 4 minute walk. It's a great location if you're attending a show which I was. Lastly, is breakfast is included. They offered Belgian waffles, grits, chicken and pork sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, hot cereal, cold cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and tea. I consider that a pretty good selection. The customer service was good. The staff that I encountered were very polite and professional. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to couples, families, or solo travelers. Things to note: parking is $25, check in is 4PM, check out is 12 PM, breakfast on the weekend is from 7-11 and weekdays 6-10. read more

This hotel is really nice. The room was very clean and spacious. 4 of us stayed in the room and had plenty of room. The breakfast buffet was kind of terrible and we did not enjoy it at all. Parking was 25$ a day which is a lot in my opinion. Especially when it is pretty far outside of the city. The hotel is really close to the metro station. There is a grocery store on the bottom floor. There are really expensive foods and drinks on the 11th floor at the food trucks and bar. The TVs when you went from the parking garage to the hotels were so blaringly loud. read more

This place is quickly becoming one of my favorites not only are the rooms very reasonable but the ambiance is amazing and the hotel always smells so good not to mention on the weekend behind the hotel there is a great area where you can do putt putt golf enjoy tacos from one of the food trucks or have a drink at the outdoor bar and if you're lucky, you may catch a band on the main stage while you play a round of cornhole, also this place still has complimentary breakfast, which is delicious. I hate to let this hidden gem out of the bag, but everyone should experience this hotel. The rooms are immaculate and they're always so clean. Stayed at the Watermark Hotel for a few days and this was by far one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at! Walking in on the first floor, you have to select the floor on a screen and then the screen tells you which elevator to go to for that floor and even give you an arrow pointing you in the right direction. So you never actually push any buttons inside the elevator. I thought this was neat. Breakfast is included on the 11th floor I believe. It's an upscale continental breakfast, but the best continental breakfast I've probably ever had. Potatoes, two kinds of eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, fruit, coffee, juice etc. Not a bad breakfast! The lobby was also vast and beautiful - I didn't get to explore as much as I would have liked! So the room was fantastic! I'll let the pictures speak for themselves but there was a mini couch, chair and desk, nice queen sized bed kitchenette area and decent bathroom with the room overlooking the courtyard with food trucks and mini golf course. Unfortunately I don't think any outdoor activities were open due to time of year/weather but still a nice view! It's connected to a grocery store - Wegmans and also close to the metro and a nice coffee shop around the corner. Definitely a nice stay for work or leisure! read more

I stayed at Watermark Hotel for the first time this week. The atmosphere felt modern and welcoming and my room was incredibly spacious, with a separate bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchenette area as well as a balcony. Someone else who was also traveling at the same time mentioned they had two bedrooms and a washer and dryer! Also, everything felt fresh, clean, and high‑end. The breakfast, included with the stay, was a great selection and the bar area had plenty of places to sit as well as some signature drinks. I also understand there is a speakeasy at the hotel but unfortunately, I was only there for one night and didn't get a chance to even look for it. I will however definitely check that out next time. As far as location, seemed like a pretty bustling area with plenty of places to eat in close proximity. There is even a Wegmans right below the hotel. Super convenient! I'm also looking forward to going back when there is not snow on the ground to enjoy the perch, which is an outdoor area off of the 11th floor that has mini golf, food trucks, a beer garden. There is only one confusing thing that I wanted to mention, and maybe this is just me, but it seemed like if you were on the street level it's not intuitive where to go to enter the hotel. I think that could just be better marked. Walking across the street I was told to enter through the perch entrance which I definitely would not have thought to do without being told specifically. I would have given this hotel five stars, but there were a few minor issues. Overall, the property is absolutely beautiful! We stayed for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and I reached out before our arrival to see if they could enhance the room with balloons and champagne. They went above and beyond, truly exceeding my expectations. A special thank-you to Bernadette, Sheila, and the rest of the front desk team; they were all wonderful. There was one staff member whose energy felt a bit off at first, but after speaking with Sheila (the manager), her attitude noticeably improved. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I love this hotel. It's in an amazing location, with Tysons Corner Center, Tysons Galleria (Tysons II), and Wegmans all within walking distance, plus a number of great upscale restaurants nearby. With Perch Put located on the first level, the hotel truly feels like a destination on its own. The rooms are incredibly spacious, featuring a large living area, comfortable sofa, and a convenient kitchenette. The bathroom is modern and inviting, with a bright LED mirror that's perfect for getting ready and a dual-head shower that feels luxurious. One of my favorite touches is the white noise machine--such a small detail, but it makes for an incredibly peaceful night's sleep. You can easily cast your favorite streaming services to both the bedroom and living room TVs, which I really appreciate. I also love that the hotel offers recycling receptacles throughout the property--whether they're actually recycled or not, I like having the option. The hotel has EV chargers and plenty of parking, which is a huge plus. Breakfast isn't gourmet, but there's enough variety to put together a solid meal to get you through to lunch. The gym is larger than most hotel gyms and has a decent amount of equipment. I've stayed here about three times now for staycations and would absolutely come back again. The guy is in the process of being remodeled but they did a great job of keeping it clean and the construction separate so you can still use all of the equipment and they have lovely chilled towels. Absolutely love this hotel! Perfect for going to a show at Wolftrap, Capital One Hall or shopping at Tysons Corner! We have a suite with so much room. Bedroom with TV set in the wall. Living room with bigger tv. Partial kitchen with large fridge (for a hotel), microwave, coffee maker, etc. Bathroom has walk in shower, no tub, but spacious. Great restaurants on property. Front desk staff are very friendly. Nice little necessities shop. Walk out to putt putt, brewery and food trucks on 11th floor roof. No pool. Breakfast is in the Aviary on 9th floor. Delicious hot and cold options, included in room rate. Dog friendly too! It is right across the street from the McLean Metro station which has a shuttle for Wolftrap! Very convenient! Beautiful hotel, right in the center of Tyson's area. Very large and modern. Check in and out was easy. Very secure as you can not get on a floor without your key. At the outside of the elevator you swipe your room key and select your room number, a letter will light up telling you what car to get into. I was surprised with all the floors how little wait times there was for your elevator to arrive. I was in a two bed queen suite. The room was very nice, very comfy bed. Great area to work in, fridge, safe and microwave all in the room. They offer a free breakfast Buffett which was very good. Not just a Continental breakfast, there were tons of options something for whatever anyone would have a taste for. Had a work out as well while here, the gym located on the 25th floor was nice. New equipment, filled with treadmills, elliptical, stair master, bikes and a full weight area. The lobby has a very large area with a bar and tons of tables and sitting area where each section had TVS. Definitely would recommend staying here if in the area. Lots of food options within walking distant. For my Buffalo locals there is a Wegmans attached! read more

Six day stay for a college baseball tournament, and this place was generally terrific. The rooms are lovely -- I gather all are suite style, we were upgraded to a corner suite with one view of the outdoor amenities on the lobby level (bar, deck, putt-putt course, and even a stage for bands) and one with a view of the Capitol One ballpark where the tournament was being played. Rooms were well appointed, plenty of room, comfortable, and otherwise terrific. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were all European style (permanent fixtures with pumps) -- which I actually prefer. Housekeeping staff and front desk staff were marvelous. The hosts at the lobby Asian restaurant were great fun and helped us with the obligatory photos. Fitness center was very good for a hotel fitness center: three ellipticals, four treadmills, a Peloton, two Life Fitness bikes (one upright, one recumbent), plenty of dumbbells, and a pretty full circuit of cybex equipment. Only criticism is the elevators. This is a security-style elevator system, where you scan your room key and choose a floor from a kiosk ... and the system tells you which elevator will come for you. Great in theory...but in practice, these were CRAZY slow elevators for a hotel of this size. Heard a rumor that one of the five was out of service...but was still pretty amazed at the time it took. The quality of the hotel and the proximity to the ballpark earned five stars from this hotel snob. It's not a high-end, high service Ritz or Four Seasons...but it's really outstanding. read more

It's got a really cool outdoor space for the kiddos to run which is right next to star hill. The food trucks and drink stand looked nice but we didn't eat. The room was very clean. Bright and open! The elevator is controlled by the key. The hit was breakfast! DELICIOUS. Stuff for everyone to eat. It's right next to the sliver line. Close to the capital one center. I strayed away from writing a review of one of my favorite places but these bad reviews are far from the truth. The front desk the absolute best !They are sweet, responsive, knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. This is the perfect staycation if you're in the dmv. A little taste of Miami the way it's designed but the location is the best. Right next to capital one HQ, short drive to dc, covered garage parking, and who can forget the cast on tv. One of the best things not a lot of hotels offer. You aren't limited to what's on tv. As someone who is always traveling with her son this is an amenity that is important to me. My son loves Disney plus and no one has time for commercials. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and for the price you pay way better than any option in Tyson's. Archer is a close second if this one is sold out ...they just haven't gotten on the tv casting wave. The breakfast is included and be sure not to miss it. It is phenomenal! my son enjoys our trips down plus the staff is just so great. The hotel has nice bars too and a speakeasy as well. If you're trying to avoid traffic, avoid the mayhem of dc, and enjoy a weekend this is the place. read more

Honestly this location is supreme. Close to the highway, right above the McLean metro, right by shops and stuff like how more convenient! And connected to the hall where all the shows are. It's perfect! We paid for parking well my bf did and that made it super easy. Garage can be hard to find though. Breakfast did what it needed to and also the place is pretty. Lobby on 11 and we stayed on 18 so felt high and mighty. The rooms are set up beautifully! I love how the bedroom and like lounge area is separate. The bathroom is a great size! Like definitely pretty rooms! Food availability in some of the surrounding places up to 1am and they have spiked toddys! Came to see a comedy show so stayed here and honestly was an amazing decision! Would love to stay here again. I will say when the room was cleaned they took the towels and stuff that were used but didn't replace the wash cloths... so being naked and realizing there are no wash cloths in your room can be annoying esp when it's 730am and you're already rushing to work :) didn't have time so used the hand towel smh. Also not sure that the vent in the bathroom works so took a while to clear out the steam and be able to use the bathroom after the shower (so don't choose room 1805!) Called around 330a for an extra blanket because there's none in the closet and was told there's no one able to bring it which I wasn't surprised by but with all this space in this room including a full couch I don't understand why there wouldn't be a spare blanket in the room. I stayed at the Watermark Hotel for one night for business travel. It is a beautiful new hotel with exceptionally large, well appointed rooms and excellent amenities. I did have a small snafu with the incredibly efficient housekeeping clearing my room before my official check out time, which led to some small personal items like food being discarded, but they were very apologetic and offered to replace it. All the rest of my interactions with staff were wonderful and very accommodating. I had requested an early check in and was able to get into my room at 10am rather than 4pm. I stayed in a junior king suite which was over 500 square feet and featured a large bedroom with flat screen TV and double closet, a living room with a sectional couch, flat screen TV, lounge chairs, and a workspace, a small kitchenette, and a large bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower. It was immaculately clean, very modern, and comfortable. I also took advantage of The Wren's bar and lounge area in the lobby, which was beautiful and offered top-tier service. My one complaint is that the building is extremely confusing to navigate from the outside and in the parking garages and could desperately use better signage. The building is shared with the Capital One Hall events venue, The Perch restaurant and beer garden, and a Wegman's grocery store. If you are not familiar with the area and the building it is very easy to miss the hotel entrance, especially with the first 8 floors being parking and the lobby being on the 11th floor. I found myself using the wrong set of elevators multiple times, which was frustrating when wheeling around a suitcase. read more

I think this is one of the best hotels in the Tysons area based on parking and amenities. It's right on the metro, has validated parking, and is close to the concert hall, mini golf, a Wegmans, and a beer garden. The check in experience was easy and they have the fun elevators that go to your floor based on tapping your key. I had a junior king suite which was huge, with a microwave and a mini fridge. The room set up is a bit strange with the bed in the middle darker area but the living area was huge for seating, etc. AC worked fairly well but was loud. The bathroom was nice and the products they had were great- no bar soap to wash your hands which is great because the pump type is way better. The bed was comfy but the pillows do kind of suck. The free breakfast included was great- eggs, meats, pastries, juices, cold brew coffee, etc in a huge dining area. They had a small market area in the lobby and the Wren, which I wasn't able to eat at due to poor service. Great spot for a short stay in the area! read more

Really stunning hotel and room. If we had small children, I would request a room not facing The Perch. We stayed a Saturday night and they had a live band playing until a little after 10:00. The ac unit was a bit loud but it didn't bother me as much as it annoyed my husband. There are two TVs and a very nice sitting area. They provide a hot breakfast in a very nice setting. Waffles, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, bacon and sausage, fresh cut fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal. I enjoyed the stay overall. read more

(Disclosure: My family of three and I were gifted with a one-night stay at the Watermark in one of their king suites. They didn't tell me what to post, but disclosing it nonetheless.) On a Saturday night in February, my family of three drove from D.C. under an hour to Tysons for a little staycation. Loving the city, we were a bit hesitant about spending a night in the suburbs, BUT our stay at the Watermark Hotel exceeded our expectations. Here's why. 1) Suites: Every room is a suite and ours was a king suite on the 23rd floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen (with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher), dining room, and workspace. It's a newer hotel so the design and style are nice and modern. The views are pretty overlooking the Virginian countryside and suburbs. 2) Amenities: The hotel has a full gym with all the equipment you'd need and it's open 24/7. A Japanese restaurant and bar is on the 11th floor near the lobby with a little store. Breakfast is included on the 9th floor and comes with a buffet of eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, cold brew, etc. 3) Location: Right outside the 11th floor lobby is an outdoor space called The Perch. Most of it was closed since we went in the winter, but during warmer months, they have mini golf, swings, open space, bars, and food. The hotel is also in the same building as a new Wegman's and the Capital One Hall, a music and concert venue. 4) Staff: Everyone was very personable, kind, and on top of things. I stayed at the Watermark for 4 days for a business trip. I typically stay at Hiltons and this is my first time staying at this hotel. Parking: There are two parking lots associated to this building. If you are following your Google navigation it will take you to the Wegman's parking lot. Keep driving around the block and on the exact opposite side is the entrance for the hotel parking (floors 4 and 5). Note that parking is $20/day Check in: The lobby is on the 11th floor. The staff at the desk were very friendly and the process was smooth. Note: If you want a view of the Perch make sure you ask for an odd numbered room. Room: The suite had a modern style and was much larger than I expected. I really liked the way the bedroom was separated from the lounge area (see the pictures). The lounge area had a very nice L shaped couch and a cool & comfortable chair. There was also a refrigerator, microwave, and lots of cabinet space just in case you plan on being there for an extended stay. It feels like an ultra-modern studio apartment. I had an even numbered room which had a view of a construction site, Metro stop and other hotels. Note: there is a main light switch by the door. You must tune that on first then turn on the lights using the other switches in the room. Property/Location: They have one of the best exercise rooms that I have seen in any hotel. Its on the top floor (25th) so it has an amazing view plus it's open 24 hours. It's got a wide variety of work out equipment plus Peloton bikes (I did a few Alex Toussaint rides).They have spa water and cold towels. There is also a laundry area on this level. The lobby area is really nice with place to sit and inside and out. The whole area is very tastefully designed with a very modern look and feel. There is also a pool table in the lobby. From the lobby you can head out to the Perch where there is putt-putt golf, food trucks, bocce ball, and Starr Hill Biertgarten. Restaurants: There is the Aviary which is for breakfast and Wren which is the dinner spot. The breakfast was free and was really good (scrambled eggs, home fried potatoes, sausage, bacon, fruit, a variety of juices, coffee, etc.). Fees: As mentioned previously, there is a $20/day fee for parking. Staff: The staff was very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Issues: During my stay the elevators were acting up and the hot water being a little inconsistent. I mentioned both to the front desk when I checked out. Overall my stay was great. I will deduct one star for the issues highlighted above. I am sure that they can work those out. read more

So I found this hotel because my friend took me to eat at their restaurant Wren. After trying their restaurant I thought hmm...I must give this hotel a try. I found that the price point for this boutique style hotel quite reasonable for their location, amenities, customer service, and aesthetic. I wish that for the price parking was included. The whole hotel is very picturesque and very well kept; from their public spaces to the actual rooms. The front desk representatives are very kind. I've encountered 3 different people on 3 different times and each one showed the same level of customer service. They have a gym and laundry room but I didn't get a chance to use either however I took a peak at the room and love the view and setup. They also have a dog space (so pet friendly for those who are bringing their fur family). There is complimentary breakfast that comes with your stay. The food to me was just okay. They do have a pretty big selection and I didn't try it all. I had the eggs, sausage, bagel, orange juice, and coffee. I would stay away from the eggs or maybe it was just an off day? It didn't have any flavor and tasted like a bad version of ihop fake eggs. Everything else I had was good. The room is very beautiful and comes with kitchen space with a microwave (which I find nowadays are rare at hotels). They had a wireless charging area at their desk in the room. I only tested to see if it connected but did not leave my phone long enough to report back on the charging time and such. Although the pillows were super puffy and comfy the bed was not, it was hard. If you like hard beds then you make like it. The mini couch in my room was comfy ( I did use it for 3 hours). The bathroom was very spacious and came with complimentary bath items. I especially love how it came with q-tips, I feel like that's the one thing I always forget. The shower door worried me because I felt like I would break it. It didn't seem completely secure. But the front desk receptionist assured me it was fine and I didn't have any problems with it. The water pressure was decent and the towels were relatively soft which I loved. I feel like hotel towels are usually rough. I love that the hotel was at the Capital One Center, so you truly didn't have to go off the property for activities or to eat and have drinks. It had a great mixture of family friendly to adult friendly things to do. Wegmans was right down stairs around the corner. So you have everything walking distance. It's a perfect place to stay for a home away from home vaca for locals (which was what I did). Overall with the few things I didn't like, I probably would stay again or at least come to eat at their Wren restaurant, just not for breakfast. And the staff makes you feel very welcomed and appreciated too. That's a big plus to me. read more

Came here 07/10/2022. Nothing beats a company-expensed hotel stay! The Watermark Hotel is located right on top of a Wegman's on the Capital One headquarter campus. There are about 300 rooms and the hotel is NOT part of a chain. It is a standalone boutique and will likely stay that way as they seem to be subsidized by Capital One to some extent. There are 25 floors but only floors 3-24 (?) have rooms on them. Floor 25 is a gym. The rooms themselves are modern with hard wood floors and kitchenettes. I particularly like the bathrooms with glass door tiled showers and light up mirrors. Rooms can either be a studio, one bedroom suite, living room suite, or terrace suite. The beds are all king size. Breakfast is fresh with a variety of meats/breads/fruits, and the kicker? It's complimentary with the room! Floor 11 is the lobby, bar, and Wren restaurant. There's also an outdoor area with sculptures, a biergarten, and activities like massive chess. The staff manning the lobby are really nice, especially the two super tall black and white gentlemen (forgot their names) helped me out a lot! It's an expensive hotel but definitely feels modern and premium! read more

Exceptional Stay at The Watermark Hotel - Amazing Service from Ismael! My boyfriend and I have stayed at The Watermark Hotel in Tysons Corner multiple times, and each visit feels more like coming home. The atmosphere is always welcoming. On our most recent visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Ismael on his very first day on the job and despite being new, Ismael was incredibly professional and friendly. It's rare to meet someone who strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, but Ismael does just that. Short walk to Capital One and Cap one Hall, multiple dining options in walking distance and Wegmans one of the best grocery stores that serves fresh cooked food and tap beers too as well and all other things you'd expect in a grocery store. Very nice fitness center on the top floor (25th floor) and the stay comes with an awesome buffet breakfast. A very good breakfast, nothing like the nasty tasteless complimentary breakfasts I've had at many other hotels, so this was awesome too. Also, we received a late checkout up of request which was a big help with our schedule. We didn't eat at the fancy restaurant in the hotel lobby (The Wren on the 11th floor) we did check out the menu and it was very expensive $$$. read more

Location is great if you will be attending something at Capital One Hall. It was also just a short drive to Tysons Galleria (huge mall with great shopping). Check-In: first, be aware that the hotel lobby is on the 11th floor. I entered through The Perch door on street level and took the elevator up. Walk across the perch and then look for the wooden gate/door. It wasn't clear to me that was for the hotel...seemed like it was branded for The Wren, which is a restaurant in the hotel. They kept my luggage at the checkin since it was 830am and they didn't have a room for me. I went back at 330ish and they checked me in and retrieved my bag. No issues. The room location: I was given a room on the 5th floor. I'd suggest asking for a higher floor. Like higher than 11. This was a garage level floor and I did not like that I had to walk as if I was going to the garage and find the hidden doorway to the room hallway. My view was a dirt patch on the side of the hotel, the metro stop and the highway. I also kept hearing a random bang. Not sure if that was the elevators on the other side of the wall from the bed or noises from the garage. The room itself: the room is pretty cool. You walk into a kitchenette that includes a sink, microwave and mini fridge. It also has a keurig with 2 pods and a box of water (yes I said box). Just beyond the kitchenette is a living room with an L shaped sofa, a comfy chair and a huge TV. Around the corner is the bedroom with another huge tv and plenty of lighting options. There are a lot of switches throughout the space. A closet with a safe and an area to drop your backpack, shoes, whatever. The bathroom has a HUGE walk in shower. The mirror also had great integrated lighting. The room was decently clean. There were some stains on the chair and the carpets, but the bed linens and towels seemed clean. I appreciate the makeup washcloth. They provided a small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I liked the body wash. They also provide a small bar of hand soap. Breakfast!!! This is included with your stay. It's called The Aviary (bird theme continues) on the 9th floor. It has a hot buffet that included pancakes (not great), eggs, chicken sausage, pork sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes (very yummy). Also had oats, yogurt, fruit bar. Coffee and tea station. Large dining area with lots of table variations to accommodate different party sizes. What was missing or needs help. Just some small amenities were missing for me. A robe and a shower cap. The small makeup mirror didn't have a plug so the light part didn't work. It also isn't intuitive how to use the room key for the elevator. There is a spot on the elevator display box that shows scanning for the key code on the card, but that doesn't do anything. You have to use the other box to the right of the big elevator display to enable things like the aviary. Nobody explains this. Luckily a cleaning lately found me struggling and offered help. Other fun things to note: The Perch was pretty cool. This is on the 11th floor and has lots of options for fun. Putt putt, food trucks, a drink truck, sculpture garden, large swinging benches, a grassy area. Probably more, that's just what I saw from the late night (10-1130pm) hangout we did there. The Wren is a restaurant and bar on the 11th floor. I only sat at the bar for like 20 minutes and it was pretty nice, but I think they wanted to close. The bartenders seemed annoyed with the group. Not sure what time they are supposed to close. I left about 1130 and they were still there. read more

This hotel is beautiful. All of the rooms are suites. The lobby is on the 11th floor. That floor is also when the hotel restaurant is located. The hotel is also in the same block as a Wegmans grocery store. The proximity to the store is super convenient. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There are two flat screens in the suite. There is also a completely walking umbrella for use if needed. I did not give 5 stars because I had to request a shower cap, which to me, should have been available in the bathroom. Also, I had to call down to the front desk twice before I received it. I waited about 30 minutes to receive it. read more

The service is terrible. I've asked them to clean my room 10 hours later. Someone showed up. I asked for extra towels. I didn't get them. I asked them for service in the morning. They asked me to call in the morning. It seems as though no one wants to do their job and I need to do that for them.. this is a big problem. Tried to reach the front desk by phone regarding checkout, but rather than simply saying "please hold" the clerk immediately clicked me over to hold, repeatedly. When confronted on this, she merely said: "No worries." Highly inappropriate and disrespectful. read more

I came here for Buisness travel and it was lovely. It's a very clean and modern hotel with a swanky restaurant and bar. The hotel swells wonderful which always puts me at ease anytime I'm traveling. The bed was so comfy it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The room had a cute little balcony with a really nice view. This hotel is connected to the Perch which has a beer garden and food trucks. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and look forward to future trips here as well. read more

Left this hotel feeling amazed! You can tell a lot of planning went into this place from the interior design to the little detail in each suite. This new hotel has amazing entertainment that will be a great place to stay for either one night or a couple of nights. Not only do they have amazing suites with kitchenettes in them, they allow dogs! And as a dog mom that was a relief to hear because most places don't do that along with have a dog area but this place does. But let's talk about how everything was basically has big amazing windows with amazing views with natural light! With the fitness center being on the 25th floor you can get a good workout in while enjoying the view as a perk! The fitness center also has laundry machines so if you know you are staying for more then one night you can use it to wash your Clothes. Will definitely see myself coming back here and telling people about it! read more

Beautiful hotel, right in the heart of Tysons Corner. The room was super clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Fresh hot scramble eggs, sausage, pancakes, hash browns, fruit, oatmeal, French toast, and a juice station. Plus this place is decorated beautifully and the rooms are spacious. Very up to date. You have to visit you will not be disappointed. read more

This location just opened and is still going thur a few growing pains but for the price quality and location. It's super hard to beat ! We were in town for some events and it's very close to metro stations like Franconia which lets you into all the major sporting events in dc and then easily stay outside of dc. I would stay here again for sure ! read more
