They told my husband they would call later that afternoon or evening with an estimate for parts and labor. Here we are several months later, and no phone call. We took my car someplace else, and had it repaired. The problem had nothing to do with the timing chain or any plastic parts associated with it.

The car did end up needing some work to pass however we were told there were some pretty expensive problems at TH and the second mechanic did not find any of the same issues.

May 1, 2025 (The Red…read moreBalloon) This is NOT some one-off review... it merely follows and confirms the review I gave this business in October... Cliff, Dominic, Jacob... and the gentleman hidden beneath my vehicle handling the oil drop... In a word: Superlative... In late October... I had mentioned to Jacob about distributing helium balloons to the kids while they waited patiently for the vehicle service in mom/dad's car... it was just a suggestion... I did not think he would take me literally... But he went further... I was the destination of the idea he ran with... After a 5-minute wait, I received an oil change today in addition to a safety check... tire pressure check... vehicle lights... and car wash... (the high center brake light assembly was also changed!) With humor... aplomb, dignity... and professional assessments of my truck... And... Jacob handed me a coveted red helium balloon... Perhaps it is just symbolism... but this gesture is far-reaching... this cements my go-to place for service... Not just a simple symbol... but an assurance of consistency in service standards... I am carrying the spouse in my truck... others are carrying kids... Truly... they are most important cargo of all... Thank you for such great service! Tom Baker

I was hoodwinked into saying ok to their "let's do the oil change/air filter change BEFORE the…read moreinspection" and was thereby TRICKED into spending over $300 BEFORE they did looked at the truck's under body which FAILED inspection. If I had known the truck would fail inspection, then why would I spend over $300 on the old change and air filters? The order in which the two services occurred is DELIBERATELY DESIGNED so that the company can MAKE MONEY before failing your inspection. THIS IS SURELY NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. BUYERS BEWARE. AT THE VERY LEAST, BE SURE TO INSIST THAT THEY PERFORM THE INSPECTION FIRST. DON'T BE HOODWINKED.

Any time I called, I was told they were working on it, and they'd call me back in two days. They never did, except 32 days later when my car was "ready." Make no mistake: I own the most ordinary, common car ever produced. The collision left my vehicle with only cosmetic damage. It had no mechanical or electronic issues. But when I picked the car up, the repair had so many problems that I had to return the car four times. The door was so poorly aligned that wind blowed through the cabin. The electronic door lock no longer worked. Based on my experience, Xtreme Collision does not have any processes or standards or quality control. The only nice thing I can say is that the owner Adam promised to make it right, and he eventually did. P.S. Their rental car affiliate provided me a car with "all-season" tires (in the winter, in Vermont).

It is almost completely the cheap plastic aftermarket black bumper with no paint on it now. I don't know how they are in bussing as after such bad service from different people I've heard prior and wish I listened and went somewhere else. And to make it worse the business was "switching ownership" when I went back to talk to a manager so they brushed me off saying all that paper work from only a few months prior was buried in an old computer application, etc. and told me would call me to fix and NEVER called after I called many times. Finally got a hold and said could fix in August months later. Why would I want to go back to get the same shitty work done. Poor management. Waste of money and time. Thanks for nothings! Less than 1 star.

Nick is a superb manager who clearly treats his staff with respect and care, and that culture shows in every interaction with customers. Her attention to detail and clear communication made me feel genuinely cared for, not rushed or upsold. Aiden did an amazing job--fast, efficient, and thorough--and went the extra mile by offering helpful advice on maintaining my windshield wiper blades. That kind of guidance may seem small, but it speaks volumes about the pride and care he brings to his work. I've already told family and friends, and I truly wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.
