Went through the drive through on the Barre-Montpelier Road and it ripped my rear wiper right off. Tried to call them and number was disconnected.

I'm disappointed with this car wash. The brushes left visible marks on my car, and even after…read moremultiple wash cycles, my car still wasn't clean. For a $40/month subscription, I expected way better results, at the very least some added value like vacuums, drying towels, or better quality control.

I visited the lazerwash after work this evening in my brand new car. It was washed yesterday at the…read moresame location but had gathered dust today, so I swung through on my drive home because I had paid for a membership. Mid-wash I heard a scraping/scuffing sound and was immediately concerned. When I pulled out I got out of my car right away to see if there was damage to my car. And there was. I immediately pulled around to tell someone and was told it was "impossible" but in the same sentence she said it happens to "larger vehicles like pickups". She told me that "they didn't hear anything" despite the fact that car washes are clearly not quiet. I was not on the phone or listening to anything. I requested that someone contact me right away to discuss repair, as I can say with certainty that the door pillar right in front of my face every time I open the door was not severely scratched before this wash. A review of their cameras should show my I scratched vehicle entering, and my damaged vehicle exiting. I await their response, and will update this review as it unfolds. UPDATE: I received a call today from the owner, who flatly told me that it was "not his wash" and that he didn't know what to tell me. I told him about the noise, and that I was certain, and he told me "I don't know what to tell you. my car wash doesn't scratch cars." I then asked about the cameras that were supposedly there, and he told me there was one camera at the entrance, but that it isn't even clear enough to differentiate between the window and the pillar. I asked him about the cameras that the attendant said were in the wash which she said would be used "to confirm that nothing touched the car" and was told there is one camera, but that it is only clear enough to differentiate a car from truck, and nothing else. Incidentally, I went to the body shop for a quote this morning, and told the employee that the damage had happened in a car wash. They informed me that another customer had just had the same scenario (but for them, the paint) and that it had happened in the same wash. I found this to be quite telling because the owner had just finished bragging that another car owner had filed a claim, but that he had never paid one. The owner of this wash may respond to reviews online, but in actuality couldn't care less about damage because as he said... I can't prove it. Car owners beware.

I was hoodwinked into saying ok to their "let's do the oil change/air filter change BEFORE the…read moreinspection" and was thereby TRICKED into spending over $300 BEFORE they did looked at the truck's under body which FAILED inspection. If I had known the truck would fail inspection, then why would I spend over $300 on the old change and air filters? The order in which the two services occurred is DELIBERATELY DESIGNED so that the company can MAKE MONEY before failing your inspection. THIS IS SURELY NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. BUYERS BEWARE. AT THE VERY LEAST, BE SURE TO INSIST THAT THEY PERFORM THE INSPECTION FIRST. DON'T BE HOODWINKED.

May 1, 2025 (The Red…read moreBalloon) This is NOT some one-off review... it merely follows and confirms the review I gave this business in October... Cliff, Dominic, Jacob... and the gentleman hidden beneath my vehicle handling the oil drop... In a word: Superlative... In late October... I had mentioned to Jacob about distributing helium balloons to the kids while they waited patiently for the vehicle service in mom/dad's car... it was just a suggestion... I did not think he would take me literally... But he went further... I was the destination of the idea he ran with... After a 5-minute wait, I received an oil change today in addition to a safety check... tire pressure check... vehicle lights... and car wash... (the high center brake light assembly was also changed!) With humor... aplomb, dignity... and professional assessments of my truck... And... Jacob handed me a coveted red helium balloon... Perhaps it is just symbolism... but this gesture is far-reaching... this cements my go-to place for service... Not just a simple symbol... but an assurance of consistency in service standards... I am carrying the spouse in my truck... others are carrying kids... Truly... they are most important cargo of all... Thank you for such great service! Tom Baker

White River Car Wash - Wash results! Really?!

My best advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL-HOLE, The White River Car Wash…read more Fortunately, there is a brand new car wash, soon to open, called The Station Car Wash, two parcels away from the hell-hole, The White River Car Wash The feeble old man who pretends to manage The White River Car Wash is a train-wreck, useless!; this man is mechanically and functionally incompetent. The White River Car Wash is the consummate dispenser of deception. $18.00 for a basic, (make believe) high pressure water car wash, which is useless. Many components of the car wash equipment do not work. The self-service car washes are archaic, like the useless old man who pretends to manage this place, the dials on the control head don't work, the White River Car Wash charges $6.00 for a 4 minute car wash, 2 of the 4 minutes are wasted, waiting for the hoses to prime (larceny!), and the water is so hard, that it will leave your car with grossly visible water stains. The first self-service car wash bay does not work, there is no sign that it is out of service, nor a cone, blocking the car wash bay; it looks like this bay has been out of service for a long time. 3 out of 4 vending machines in the vending machine room are marked Out of Service. In my opinion, the owner of the White River Car Wash, has an unwavering level of dedication to taking money from his/her customers, and not delivering the advertised product or service. I am told that The Station Car Wash, practically, next door to the White River Car Wash, is within a few weeks of opening. Unfortunately, the Upper Valley is robust in awful car washes, and very expensive car washes. Best you wait for rain to clean your car, and hope that The Station Car Wash will deliver a good product (at a reasonable price (unlike Lady Rich Express Car Wash in West Lebanon, NH), when it opens.

I paid $22 for a "deluxe" wash in WRJ last week and exited the machine with the same cat prints and…read morecoffee drip stains that were on the car when I went in. In addition, the undercarriage wash didn't work at all, the button for the $20 wash was broken, and the stoplight inside the machine did not turn on. I want my money back!
