I have a monthly car cashed and noticed the technicians only pre-clean with water on the drivers side of vehicles. I asked the young man today if he could do the passenger side of my jeep as well and told me that he and his team get yelled at by his manager if they spray both sides. What? I selected the basic wash for $14. Looking out my back window I could see a dirt-line that was never cleaned. When I got out of my car after arriving home I noticed dirt all over my hatch back and on the bumper under the license plate and even below the bumper. The Rep when I drove in tried to talk me into the $20 wash. If that is how they wash a car at $14, I am sure glad I did not spend $20 for a lousy wash. They don't do quality work. They should tell you in advance when you only spend $14 that you don't get a clean wash. read more

Avoid at all costs. The system doesn't wash the back end of the car; ever! It's not unusual to find one of the wash stations inoperative. Worst of all is the customer service. Located in Connecticut, they neither answer their phone or respond to email. If you need a receipt for expenses, you're out of luck. There is no place to clean your Weatherguard mats. The staff is well aware and works hard but is fighting a team of out-of-state owners that know how to charge but don't seem to know how to manage a car wash. read more

I am in the process of reporting this business for fraudulent charges to my debit card. I had signed up for unlimited service because my daughter likes going through the car wash. I canceled the service last November and have been billed in error every month since. The Fraudulent billing since the time of cancellation has accrued to $252. I have spoken to their customer service now 5 times and been assured the service is canceled and a refund will be issued. Today i was billed again and my bank wants to cancel the card since it is compromised and have me fill out a five-page fraud report. DO NOT GIVE THIS SCAM YOUR BUSINESS!!! read more

Be careful about any promotions they offer you. I was offered a free two week trial when I went to the car wash about a month ago. I asked what happened at the end of two weeks and was told I would have the option to enter the monthly subscription. I thought it was a great offer and enrolled. Unfortunately the person at the kiosk was lying and I was automatically charged for another month. When I called to complain I cancelled the subscription and was told I'd receive a refund. Getting the refund was taking over a week so I called by and was ensured that my refund was pending. Not only have I still not received my refund, but I was just charged for another month. You could improve EVERYTHING! Leaves your car disgusting. It scratches your vehicle and doesn't even clean anything. No interior service ether. How do you guys live with yourself! I was erronously charged for unlimited service after a one time car wash in February. After that I have been charged 42.00 each month since. Every time I call someone tells me that the problem is fixed and the funds reimbursed and I should not be charged any longer. That is not the case. I have called four times without resolution. The people I talk to cannot connect me with the billing department and say I. just have to wait until someone calls me. I will not be using your car wash. I got a promotion for a free month of a car wash subscription in August 2024. I was told it would automatically cancel. It did not. I was charged for September, I then called to cancel and was told it was cancelled. I was charged for October and November. I called again to cancel and it would still not cancel. Splash Car Wash Williston, VT Started a membership in 2024 for monthly charges of $36 for unlimited carwashes each month. I stopped my membership in April 2025. During Dec. 2024 to Mar. 2025, I was double charged $36 from ECO and Splash. I stopped my membership end of April 2025 and decided not to renew. Come September 2025, I am being double charged again, but this time both charges are from Splash. Went directly to Splash in Williston VT to get this resolved, but the attendant on duty and the manager were too busy and unable to help me. I have called the number that was provided to me, but I'm not feeling very confident they know how to resolve the issue. I have also emailed "main headquarters" in Milford, CT. I'm currently waiting for a response to have the double charges credited back to my account. I provided all monthly charges via email, and a hard copy that was left with the local manager. I see others have had a similar experience that took months to resolve where were forced to close their accounts to stop the charges. There is something very wrong with this company and their "membership program". It's been at least a year now, and they should have had this resolved by now, as unauthorized charges are still being taken. read more

They have been charging me monthly for services I did NOT order. I went one time and was told if I bought the top car wash that day I would get unlimited washes for the next month! Nothing was ever said or implied that I was signing up for a monthly car wash that was automatically billed to my credit card! I have not returned even once as I do not want my car to get scratched in their wash. They have billed me two times now without my permission. It seems i'm not the only one this has happened to. How could anyone not give this place five stars? During the past year, the staff has always been outstanding. They run out to greet drivers and offer help with selecting from the car wash menu. Additionally, they are constantly cleaning the indoor facility, sweeping the floors, washing the windows and cleaning the sink that customers use to wash their car mats. I love the indoor vacuum cleaners and mat sink for the colder days. read more

I came here to get my car washed today and I didn't know they needed me to stop. One guy was holding the sign that said forward so I went. There was a girl who walked in front of my car after spraying the car ahead of me who looked at me and said "f$*%?! B$?!* to me. EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. We joined the unlimited wash plan on December 26. We were told that it would be transferrable between vehicles in the same household, which is a great deal. For a month that was true. Then, we were told that the membership was only for one car. We were able to get a refund, but we will see if they change us next month. The system does not clean the entire vehicle. The brushes don't travel enough to clean the back end, it gets to the rear corners and that's it. The undercarriage wash shoots water up after the car has gone past the water spray for the undercarriage. The tires don't get clean either. read more
