I was left stranded in Houston at IAH with my family after a family vacation. After spending an hour on the phone with the "service" dept they finally provided us with a "super shuttle" van and a 20 something year old gentleman with tatoos all over his arms and dreadlocks. I reserved an luxury sedan and driver, I received neither. After filing a complaint with the company I received 50% off my trip. This is the most unprofessional joke of an executive car company I've ever encountered. read more

Save yourself the headache! Take a normal cab. This was the very first and definitely the last time I employ their service. I booked a ride with airport meet &greet. To arrive at the airport and have them tell me that they don't have a car for me that I should take the Yellow cab. I had to carry my son and luggage through the airport to find a yellow cab. I waited 30 min just to have a yellow cab and finally to top it off the cab ride was less expensive than what I paid them. Not worth it! read more

This service is very hit or miss. I've had to use them for business travel for 10 months now. I'm not happy at all. I've had drivers ask me to move groceries so my luggage can fit. Drivers are routinely late then ask you to travel across the terminal to make it easier for them after they are late. I come in on a lot of red eyes and 90 percent of the time I have to call dispatch due to a late driver. I've had drivers fall asleep in the car while I'm wondering around looking for them. I've even called Houston dispatch and they have even told me they could t locate the driver. Also on a pick up I had to cancel and drive my vehicle because the driver was 40 min late and I was flying to attend a funeral. Confirmation numbers mean nothing. It's not if to book a sedan and end up with a shared ride van come to pick you up from your house. This has happened twice. I have more stories but I give this 2 stars because there are some good drivers but the coordination is horrible. read more

This is the first time I've used ExecuCar. My only problem was that the confirmation came to my Junk box. Once I figured that out, all was well. My driver was waiting at Baggage Claim for me. He drove safely. He was quite while I was on the phone and pleasant when we chatted. Sure hope the return service is as good. read more

Several weeks after my review, I was contacted by a customer service representative with an offer to refund half of what I paid. While that's at least an acknowledgement that they didn't come close to delivering the service I paid in advance for, there was no assurance in the message that they would take any steps to fix the fundamental problems (no easy way to actually talk with a local rep., no back-up driver, etc). I am not sure I would trust them again since nothing may in fact have changed... read more

Horrible service! Selfish drivers! I booked a car to pick up my aging mother-in-law arriving on a 12-hour international flight (SQ #62) and the driver bailed ten minutes before she could make it through the long US customs line and get her bags. The driver said he had been waiting two hours since the plane landed -- but apparently this genius driver has never taken an airplane because it can take 30+ minutes just to deplane from row 36 of a Boeing 777 so there's no point in arriving at the airport when the plane lands. When we called customer service to complain that the driver left early, they told us that the only way to get a driver there was to pay for another car! Ridiculous. I went to pick her us myself and cancelled all my future reservations with this so-called service. read more

Even though I had to travel at 4am on Christmas Eve morning, SuperShuttle made it so easy. My driver, Kripa, was prompt, courteous, helpful and friendly. Not as advertised. If you want a company that will use a third party (Yellow Cab) then pay the premium to "ExecuCar." The real company is SuperShuttle and they do not have their own sedans/SUVS to pick you up as advertised online while making reservations. If I wanted a Yellow Cab driver in an old minivan that smells musty and of car exhaust, has uncomfortable & non-adjustable seats, and sounds like the trunk is about to fall apart, I would have called them myself. Do not advertise an executive/personal car service when you really mean Yellow Cab service. read more

This was my niece's first trip to Houston for a medical conference. She was traveling with her husband and two year old so I decided to book ExecuCar to pick them up at the airport and to transport them back on the day they flew home. My niece said the driver and the service from Hobby field to the hotel and back could not have been any better! She said it was wonderful and she would use them again without hesitation! Their Car services are great. Recently I could not accompany my 82 year old Mother on a trip to see her Sister and I needed to get her to the airport and then home again when she returned. ExecuCar was who I turned to for handling that in a safe and courteous manner. Their web-scheduling was incredibly easy, and the status calls they provide were great to keep me posted as to when they would pick her up etc. I also must commend the driver that brought my Mom home from the airport. He was excellent. He contacted me when he arrived at IAH and assured me he would find my Mom and get her home safely. That kind of service allowed me to be worry free about my Mom. And that kind of service is why I will use this service again and refer my friends.. read more

The last two meet and greet reservations I booked with ExecuCar, they were late arriving. The last trip leaving the hotel the driver was late and absolutely rude, offensive even threatening. If it was not for catching a plane we would not have even got into the car. The next reservation we had with them we cancelled. The round trip previous to these reservations, ExecuCar did an amazing job. These last trips were nightmares. read more

They are running a scam. The driver was rude and got into a fight with me and fellow passengers at 5 am in the morning because we requested to pick up someone's forgotten phone 2 minutes into the drive. Understood impact on scheduling, but it was just 2 minutes into the ride hardly 1/2 mile away from home, and inside the 15 minute pickup window. And I had pre-paid a 10 dollar tip. We refused to ride with him further. Customer Service called, understood the situation and promised a refund. Had to call back 2 weeks later to check on the status of the refund and was promised an update in 2 days. Another week later, sent an email requesting an update, and was told that the there would be no refund because the driver showed up on time. There are far better car services in Houston, stay clear of these cheats and frauds. I was embezzled of $117. Not even deserving of 1 star. read more

Will not use this company again. I booked a round trip with them and on our return trip, they wanted to pick me up at the cruise terminal over an hour after we needed them to be there. I did not want to sit at the cruise terminal for well over an hour so I had to cancel and take a taxi to a car rental agency. There wasn't a huge option of cars available so we were stuck getting a truck and squeezing in. Cost me a small fortune to rent and return at a different location. ExecuCar did not care and had a "too bad" attitude about it. Totally unprofessional. The first pickup wasn't much better. I had to wander around baggage claim to try and find the driver. He had this tiny piece of paper with our names on it unlike the other companies I saw other people using. The only reason I found him in the first place was I called the company, who then gave me his number and then he sat on the phone with my while I wandered around to try to find him. He didn't come and search for me when I gave him a very detailed description of where I was standing waiting. Then he sat back and watched my son and husband get our luggage while he played on his phone. Don't use these people. read more

My first experience with this company. I originally booked round trip transportation from my home to LAX. weeks in advance, with a company 24-7 Ride. They cancelled my reservation 10 hours before the scheduled pick up time. Still no refund. They recommended ExecuCar. I phoned and it was answered promptly. I made a round trip reservation with them and received confirmation. 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, ExecuCar called and cancelled my reservation, saying their driver broke down and they have no other vehicle in the area. They offered no other option. I was in a rush and got an UBER driver at my home within 20 minutes and transportation to the airport. I was expecting to use UBER for the return, when I got a call from an ExecuCar driver saying he was there to pick us up. I was of the impression they cancelled my reservation, which was ROUND TRIP. They don't tell you they are not. They ALL book your itinerary and each leg as a separate reservation. Well, we needed transportation and accepted. The vehicle was very clean, the driver very courteous and professional. The reason for two stars instead of one for the last minute "Leave us stranded" cancellation, was for the driver. They also get 2 stars because they did credit me back for half the fare very promptly. I'll think twice about using them again. What also concerns me is that many of the hundreds of very negative reviews for 24-7 Ride, say they were referred by them to ExecuCar. I hope there's no affiliation. read more

After many successful trips in Houston with Execucar services, last night was a nightmare and I will more than likely not use them again. After booking two weeks out and prepaying for a roundtrip transfer in full as well as tip, my kids who are grad students in Houston arrived back to Houston at the time we stated and there was no one there for the "Meet and Greet" service. This was at 11:15pm so it was late. I contacted the dispatch and they said they called them 30 minutes before (they were in the air flying) to tell them they were OUT OF CARS! So I asked what they would do and they said they would send a van for them. It was not at the airport. When I said I prepaid for a town car, he said well the price is almost the same. "Almost" doesn't work for me. So we paid for Meet and Greet with the Execucar and got a shuttle van instead. The kids went to the Super Shuttle VAN service center and were told that they would be charged for the execucar I reserved as well as the van service to get them home. Absolutely unacceptable. I called the dispatch again and he said they would not be charged, I asked at that time for a contact number to make a complaint about the service. I emailed the complaint and received a response saying my complaint was in the "queue" and gave me a case number as well as a number if I wanted to contact them. I decided to go ahead and call the number listed and the operator said I had to wait my turn in the "queue" and she could not handle those calls. I think the biggest thing I noted through this whole ordeal was that no one offered any apology. Apologies go a long way in resolving issues. Things happen that cause delays, but this could have been managed much better. Very disappointed in a service that I had come to feel confident with over many years. read more

DO NOT USE. UNless you want to wait at the airport. We have used them about 4 times and the last 3 times were pretty bad - they arrive late and only AFTER we call. The last 2 time we waited an hour and this time 45 minutes. They arrive on time to pick you up to take u to airport BUT when you're tired after a trip they never fail to leave you stranded with your luggage WHILE every other car service company is there waiting for their clients. On this last trip we asked the driver who picked us up to take us to the airport why they are so bad about picking up people from the airport and she mentioned the drivers sublet their rides to other drivers. Don't know if that is true. The company should figure it out. But will never call them again. And by the way their customer service shouldn't be called customer service we called and they wer not helpful or polite. They have your money and that its. read more
