Honestly, in my opinion the way the salon looks plays an influence on how I receive my services and it makes the experience that more rewarding. I feel like I'm at a spa when I walk in the door and I leave out looking and feeling like a goddess. My stylist, Shellone, is very talented. I have been going to her for over 20 years and I won't let anyone else touch my crown. I'm impressed every time she finishes a style. I always come with a vision and she executes flawlessly. I recommend her to everyone that compliments my style. However, she still makes sure my appointments are not affected by her influx of new clientele and that's another plus in my book. When looking for beauty services I look for, the cleanliness of the establishment, the friendliness of the staff when I enter the establishment, my wait time to receive my scheduled service after arrival, the professionalism of the salon & my stylist and if she arrives on time, and lastly, the cost of my services. I am completely satisfied with the services at Glam Bar. And I give all 5 stars to the Glam Bar on this review. I wish the new owners many years of success and making women feel beautiful and confident!

Everyone was very friendly, but there wasn't any pressure to be chatty. It was such a relaxing day day and I haven't stopped looking at my hair since. I also really liked that they use really quality products, but there was no pressure to buy anything. I walked out with a purple toning mask purely because I saw it and picked it up myself. Booking the appointment was easy and well as I requested a consult online and then just texted to get the appointment. Also, I can't confirm this because I did not ask about it during my visit, but I'm pretty sure that there was a pretty heavy duty air filter in the salon. It looked identical to the one that my dentist got for that office after covid. It was reassuring for me to see. Theresa and Stacy made me feel great about myself and I will be back.

This resulted in a painful chemical burn to my scalp and hairline, which is visible in the attached photos. This is a serious failure in professional conduct. Horrible Hair Services: The bleaching and color service itself was extremely poor quality. The result is patchy, unevenly lifted hair with noticeable yellow/orange tones, which is unacceptable for a professional salon. Price Gouging: I was charged an excessive price for a service that resulted in both a physical injury and a severely unsatisfactory hair color job. The combination of an immediate injury from negligence, extremely poor technical skill, and excessive pricing makes this one of the worst and most concerning salon experiences I have ever had. Potential customers should be aware of these serious issues.
