As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

When I asked him why I was still seeing fleas after he treated, he informed me by law he wasn't allowed to come back out and treat for 2 weeks. We eventually called someone else out(after our flea problem had gotten much worse), who informed us whatever he sprayed in our home wasn't even the right stuff for fleas, and the two week thing was a lie. So between the gaslighting me, awful service, and the tension he caused between me and my spouse I would not recommend using this company. The new guy I had come out told us we were the second customer he had gotten from this company that week for awful service, if that tells you anything.
