After using Gary's service to spray our property twice in the past we felt safe in calling for them…read moreagain this year. Rodney came out and sprayed the entire property and charged $350. After a couple of days we found the bugs were still active when we were working the yard but thought it might take longer for the insecticide to work. However, now 3 weeks later we still cannot go into the yard without being bitten. We called to inform them that their spraying has had no effect and the lady in the office said she would have to talk Rodney. She then returned our call and said they would be out at the end of the week to respray. We then received a voice mail stating they would not be able to fulfill their commitment to respray unless we paid another full price fee. ADVERTISED PROMISE OF "QUALITY SERVICE" IS NOT WHAT WE RECEIVED!!

I had to help my mother choose a new pest control service since the quote she got from the BIG PEST…read moreCOMPANY sounded really high. And when my husband called to follow up with them, the woman was so rude to him he told me he ended up hanging up on her. She must have been terrible for my husband to do that, because that was a first. We live in San Diego and I was able to speak directly with Gary about my mothers situation. She is older and a recent widow, so she needed some extra help. Not only did Gary send us specific instructions to give her, but he also followed up with her on the phone. My mom said the technician that came out went above and beyond. The technician even helped her put in her air filter (which is located in the ceiling of their house.) She mentioned Rodney, the technician stayed for a long time and made sure all of her pest issues were taken care of. He will be back in 2 weeks to follow up on his work. The price for that first visit was about $200 less than the big company quote and they did more services for my mother. I would recommend Gary to you and for sure I would call him for a second opinion. It could save you A LOT of money and you can trust the work they do!!

Four and 1/2 years ago, Wolfman rebuilt my fireplace from bottom to top. I haven't been able to…read moreuse it since, as it fills my house with smoke. I have contacted them numerous times via telephone and email, more often than not, they never got back to me. But they eventually sent several people out to look at it and each time said that I would need additional work done on the fireplace (of course at an additional cost $800.00+) and they could not guarantee that the work would fix the problem. I was not content with that answer. They recently contacted me to come clean my chimney as it was due. I told them that I did not need it cleaned, as I had not been able to use it since they rebuilt it due to filling my house with smoke. They sent someone else out to look at it. He said that the cap on the chimney was not appropriate and needed to be replaced. Yea! Finally someone was willing to do something about it after all this time. Adam came out and replaced the chimney cap and indeed that was the problem. My fireplace now drafts well. Thank goodness for the young man that came out and spent time measuring and finally determining what was wrong. I give them 2 stars due to the fact that it took 4.5 years to remedy the situation and they repeatedly offered solutions that I now know would not have works as the flue was not able to dispel the smoke properly due to the wrong chimney cap.

Their house was not salvageable and was completely torn down. Josh went into our attic and took photos for me so that I could see that all of our flue junctions were properly connected and to reassure me the flue was double walled. He has left my family and myself with peace of mind that we can enjoy a fire in our fireplace safely this winter. FYI, if you are not in an urgent need of a fireplace cleaning, he shared with me that during the summer they still do fireplace cleaning and it is at a discounted rate.
