The staff at this office is very friendly and you're greeted as soon as you walk through the door. Today I arrived early to my cleaning appointment and they took me right away. That was a refreshing feeling because at most offices whether you have an appointment or not there's a waiting time. My Dentist Dr. Jorge Quintero is always friendly and very informative when I've gone for general cleanings, getting a crown put on and cavity checks. I liked the service and office so much (which is also conveniently close to my home) that I recommended it to my boyfriend who is now one of their patients as well. read more

Had a terrible first (and last) visit. I called a couple weeks ago and was able to get a new patient appointment and cleaning relatively quickly. This was the only good part. When I arrived for my 8:30am appointment the receptionist told me that they will not be carrying my insurance next year. This would have been good to know when I scheduled my appointment and I would not have proceeded with them. Then, when I get back to the room with the hygienist, I told her that since they aren't going to be on my insurance going forward, I just wanted a cleaning and no x-rays. The dentist finally comes in to talk with me at 9:30am and says that they can try to fit me in later in the day for my cleaning. I promptly told her this wasn't going to work out and left. This practice needs to improve their appointment scheduling process to ensure: 1) patients understand up front if their insurance will be dropped in the near future, and 2) what their appointment includes, so patients are on the same page as the staff. read more

Well like most people the dentist is one of the least favorite places to go. I have had a different experience than many of the other reviewers. I was acknowledged when I arrived and told they were running a little behind but would be with me as soon as possible. I ended up going in about 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. This was my first visit so I will give you the timeline of how they worked things on my visit. Once I was brought back by an assistant I was seated and told the dentist would be in shortly, which he was. Introductions were made and then the doctor left so x-rays could be taken. Once x-rays were reviewed and a visual inspection was performed the doctor explained the problems and suggested multiple options for treatment. He thanked me and left. (umm..at this point I was confused because I was like...well are you going to DO anything?) I was taken back towards the front and was asked to sit with a guy who then explained in detail everything my insurance covered, what my co-pay and deductible would be and everything. He had several options along with suggestions on priority of which should be completed first. Seems I needed and extraction AND a root canal. I had the services performed that day almost immediately and they used a needle to numb my jaw and went to work. They had a foam wedge for my mouth that was helpful and made it easier to hold my mouth open. They dentist and assistant worked together and seemed to show compassion and asked how I was doing during the procedure. Certainly extractions and root canal are not a "fun / enjoyable" experience but I have to say that I had far less pain than I had expected. So for a dentist office to be polite, work with you to help navigate insurance and costs, and perform quality compassionate service... I think that's a pretty good dentist office. I went here out of necessity but looks as if this place will become "my dentist" now. read more

I will NEVER return, NEVER recommend, and HIGHLY advise you NEVER to go there! At my new patient appointment for a cleaning, I had 11 x-rays and an exam but NO cleaning. I had to return to have a root scraping, a filling replaced, and the cleaning. The tech could NOT show me any plaque during the root scraping and damaged the dental work already in place. The Dentist was unable to numb my tooth after giving me, in her own words, "the maximum amount," so I had to leave with a temporary. Unacceptable! read more

I had an emergency situation. Dr. Leon was wonderful. Seems my tooth had broken beyond repair with a crown. Problem being...I needed it be Friday...a week away. My options were a flipper or an implant. Implants take 6 months...so the office talked to the lab and for an extra hundred bucks they are able to rush the temporary flipper until I can go for the implant. Jojo at the desk and office manager Amy were also great. I had dealings with several others but didn't get their names. One of the girls at the front is kind of snippy over the phone, but do not get put off if you get her. They seemingly have a great practice.. read more

Save yourself the trouble and go with anyone else! Exclusive Dentistry was a great practice at one time. Now a new dentist has taken over and its gone down hill. Even the staff seem off and unaware of the new policies (based on how many times they put you on hold after a question). Even getting an appointment is about 9 months away. The only good reason to stay at Exclusive Dentistry is for the hygienist, she is amazing and her work and gentleness speaks for it self. She truly loves what she does and it's noticeable. read more

I was on time in my appointment at 10am and 10:40am no body call me to start my service. I asked and the person in charge in that office (Mrs. Zuly) said that when she arrive early in the morning notice some problem in one of the room with the roof... and that why they have only one room. I think they need to notice to the patient that your appointment is late and don't play with the patient time.. is important arrive early in the patient side but is more important that in this office they respect the time of the people too. read more

This review is specifically for the office on Lake Underhill road and Goldenrod. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to make an appt. for my son, immediately once the call was answered I was told if I could please hold, I said yes as I understand the office being busy. At a little over the 4 min mark of being on hold, no one had checked in , to at the very least advise to please continue to hold. Now over 5 mins on hold, I decide to hang up and call back. Instead of the person picking up my call , she immediately placed me back on hold. Not a hello, or sorry for your wait please continue to hold for me, nothing! She literally picked up and put me right back on hold. I hung up and called back again, and yet again she did the same thing. I hung up and called back at least 6 times and every time she just placed me on hold with no response. Terrible customer service and no consideration for patience. I have taken my daughter to this location a few times, and have experienced a bit of rudeness but nothing like today. Due to this person at the front desk, I will NEVER go back to this dentist office. Completely rude and unacceptable. You should really look into a replacement for her because she will cost you many patience's leaving. read more

I have given this office to many tries to improve. First it was a filling of my own, 6 months after getting it filled, they told me it need to be filled again. Then my son's baby teeth always take a long time to come out, and for new ones to come in. Very slow growth. We went to a cleaning and they told me everything was great, nothing needed to be done. Well only about 2 1/2 weeks after my son told me something was coming in, I thought it was just starting and I was going to call the dentist the next day. He said no mom it hurts, I looked and it was a solid tooth interior of the last baby tooth. I know how his teeth have been, and they would had seen that. We had to go get the baby tooth extracted which took over an hour because it was so deep rooted. Then since the other tooth was already in and completely interior, now he had to get $4000 braces. Well they did the referral, but when I was able to schedule a cleaning for the first time since they did not explain the process of removing the wires before. They took my child back and I thought they did everything. This was going to be our last visit already, but they really finished it. I told them I did not want X-rays, only a cleaning. We finally got that done. My kid went before me but I knew with his insurance they would probably do everything. Well at the end because they overcharged me (selfpay for just myself) I would have left other wise. I had a nurse come over and say that Kota need to come back for the cleaning, they only did XRays. What? I was not even going to be told this? The Dentist had come in early and told be about a small cavity, so I thought everything had been done. They completely did not explain anything. They are the ones who referred him to Ortho. I just paid for the X-rays out of pocket, but I told them they never asked for any permission or went over anything with me. Just remember you really want someone that is very well educated in their field, and their billing staff doesn't talk like shit to you too. read more

Two days ago, an old crown broke off to gum line and I was devastated knowing that pretty much I had two choices: bridge or implant. Not ready for such extensive work, I saw Dr. Quintero today and he was very compassionate and very thorough explaining to me that he could put a post , build up the tooth a replace the crown. An hour later, my all porcelain crown was milling and was delivered on the same day! I can't tell you how happy I was with Dr. Quintero's work and chair side manners. Please use this dentist as soon as possible. Hoping that they have an awesome year with great profits that they may use to pay me the remaining money they owe me for the interior and exterior remodel of their new office location 7326 Lake Underhill Rd. Uneducated staff ... Bad Cleanings ... Very Poor Experience. Went in to get some work done knowing I needed it ... had some fillings, a cleaning and extraction done and it was the worst experience I've ever had at the dentist. After having my procedures done I had extreme pain and started feeling ill so I called the office only to be told by the staff that the work I had done had nothing to do with the pain and illness I was experiencing ... ??? ... when I went in the dentist then said it was completely normal. The cleaning I had performed was the shortest cleaning I've ever had and was charged for it when it should have been free with my insurance. The dentist wasn't actually bad but the overall experience was absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend this dentist. read more

This place got 2 stars only because the front office staff was very nice and helpful. I was not planning on posting a review but have gotten multiple emails from the office asking me to. I was not at all pleased with the service/care beyond the waiting room. The dentist was very short and did not explain things very well. He was very dismissive. I ended up having three fillings changed out (I knew there might be a problem with one). This was followed by one of the shortest (thankfully) most painful 'cleanings' I've ever had. No one even commented on my permanent retainer that was clearly broken, did they even notice? I had been hoping to get a name of an orthodontist but decided to just try my luck with the internet following my experience there. But then! I went home and continued to have pain at the filling locations. When I tried to eat dinner my teeth stuck together and part of one of the fillings came out! I called and they got me in the next day (the front office was very nice, but I ended up missing more work). The dentist kept saying he couldn't understand how or why it happened (seemed to be trying to distance himself from any fault). I know how it happened. They were in such a rush that they did not fully set the filling composite. This office was recommended to me by a friend. I would not recommend it to anyone. I will not go back. read more

I've been a patient at this office for 3 years and I'm so excited about the experience my fiancé is now a patient. The front office staff is always upbeat and friendly. Bonnie, the hygienist, makes cleanings a joy unlike other dental offices I've visited in the past. Bonnie's personality allows you to feel at ease and makes you feel like family instead of "just another patient." The staff was extremely nice and amazing I'm giving three stars because I went in for the teeth whitening special and was informed "you might feel some sensitivity but only on your teeth" that wasn't bad I could handle that. However, the protective layer on the bottom of my gums wasn't on fully and my gums got burnt. The dental technician did the bottom layer and you could tell it was her first time. I'm very upset because I spent a couple hundred dollars just to get my gums burnt and only go through one session, there are three in total and I could've done them all if my gums didn't burn. I'm very upset because I feel like I wasted money and couldn't finish my sessions for something that wasn't even my fault. Amazing staff but not a good experience. They didn't even offer anything like come back to finish my other two sessions. I left very upset. I even bought the take home kit and spent more money and all I was told was "well those will make it whiter eventually". read more

He made me come to the office and wait just for him to tell the nurse to tell me that he was not going to fix it because it would happen again. Fantastic office! I have been coming here for about 2 years after I found this dentist on groupon and the staff is great. Bonnie has cleaned my teeth every time and she is amazing. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. Cleanings are gentle, yet complete and thorough. I haven't had to have any work beyond the typical cleaning, exam, and x-rays, but I would recommend them 100% based on my experiences here. The best part is they even send you text reminders about your appointment so you won't forget what day and time you are supposed to show up! read more

I was put with this dentist by my new insurance plan. I made an appointment for a check-up and cleaning on 4/4/2016. The office staff was very nice and welcoming. After spending a good half hour on all the new patient paper work I asked the office manager if I needed x-rays because I had just had them 6 months ago and would have my past dentist send them to this office. She said I didn't need them. Not 5 minutes later when I went to the exam room the hygienist started taking x-rays. She said the insurance would pay for them so they would do them. When the dentist looked at the x-rays, he told me I needed to have deep cleanings every 3 months for at least the next year at $90.00 each. I told him I couldn't afford that and I just wanted a regular cleaning today. He was very short and dismissive and refused to do the regular cleaning. So after paying a $10.00 co-pay and losing a day of work, I got nothing! I have faithfully gone for cleanings and check-ups every 6 months. Now I need to pay $90.00 every three months? Sounds like a scam to me! I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. They are more interested in the money then the patient! read more

I had tooth pain so I went to this dentist. My first visit was to find out what was wrong. It was a nice office they seemed like nice people but right off the bad the dental hygienist lied to me to get me to get a deep cleaning that cost an extra $60 but I knew she was lying so I said no. That should have been my que to run but the dentist was nice and I knew that dental offices can be a bit shady and try to upcharge for every service. Also I was in a lot of pain and need urgent help. So I scheduled to have my wisdom tooth removed. The procedure was simple and quick. The dentist only used forceps and the tooth came out without any drama. I was also told that I needed three fillings. So I decided to do two of them two days later. Now I've never had fillings before but I thought I heard you had to be numbed for a filling and I wasn't in fact the procedure was pain less and also quick and the pain went away for a day or two before it came flooding back. When I checked my insurance claim I saw that my copay was $85 which was weird because I paid $140. When I called them to let them know the finance woman Rose told me that I wasn't over charged and that she would change the coding on the bill and resubmit the claim. When I looked at the coding description for the new claim it was for a complicated removal where the dentist would have to cut my jaw open to get the tooth out. Like I said my procedure was simple so they scammed me. I decided to go to another dentist office because I was still in pain. When the new dentist checked my teeth she said I didn't have fillings but that they put in something called sealants on my teeth which is used to prevent cavities because I never needed any fillings. So that means they conned me out of $205 (this includes the $55 I was overcharged for my wisdom tooth removal and the $150 I paid to put in what I believed was two fillings). This all occurred in January and I am writing this review now because while all this was going on I was also dealing with a major medical issue that I've just gotten a handle on recently. My point is DO NOT GO to this dentist Dr. Quintero is a con artist they all are. From the receptionist Sue to Rose the finance person, the dental hygienist, and the dentist himself they all know what's going on and they are all more than willing to take advantage of good people. STAY FAR AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. read more

In my experience, this has been hands-down the best pediatric dentist you can find who participates in Medicaid and Kidcare plans. The hygienists are great with the kids, upbeat and work hard keep their little patients comfortable. My only complaint is scheduling procedures. Both time my children have had procedures recommended, the dentist wanted it done ASAP and doesn't appear to know their schedule. My daughter needs 3 baby teeth removed and the doctor wanted it done in 2 weeks. I mentioned that their scheduling is months out and she said that shouldn't be the case anymore since they now have two dentists. When I went to schedule the procedure, it was scheduled for 6 months out. 6 months! It is so far out that their next cleaning is prior to the extractions. The only good news is we are on a cancellation list, so if somebody cancels at the last minute, we may be able to get in if we are available. read more
