The tech called and said it would be $850 plus $95 service fee so I called a friend who owns a company 150 miles away and said what should this cost to have my unit cleaned . He said $99-$175! ‍ So I put on Facebook any recommendations and got a one man show company that came and cleaned for $99 and no service charge fee. ‍‍‍ I do have to say when I called SOS to cancel my appointment to repair they waived the service charge fee after looking at my scenario so the company does have some good employees.

He was very personable and explained what would be involved. I told him the bid was acceptable and we scheduled for the following Friday. Once again showed up on time. he explained to me what he was doing in a way I could fully understand. He done the work in the time he estimated and didn't try to talk me into add on items that weren't needed. He was one of the most honest technicians I have ever met. When the work was completed he checked to make sure the unit was functioning correctly. Upon giving me the cost involved I asked if they had a military discount and he assured they did so the job actually cost me less than was quoted. I think Mr. Villa is truly an asset to this company and would recommend him to do HVAC for anyone in need of repair. We have a dryer that would keep shutting off prematurely no matter the level of heat or type of…read moreload. After cleaning the vents and dryer and full dryer troubleshooting, we contacted At Your Service Pros (kudos to the Costco-dispatched tech for noticing the extremely hot circuit breaker). At Your Service was very flexible on appointment times, and one of their techs, Kyle, came out to service the home. Kyle reproduced and diagnosed the issue to the circuit breaker. Not only did he fix the circuit breaker, but he also noticed some of the wiring needed to be placed at the service panel, which he did as well. He also checked the other breakers while he was out there and made sure the dryer outlet was okay. Lo and behold, the dryer works perfectly now. Thanks Kyle and At Your Service for getting this issue fixed and for taking a larger look at the panel to make sure things look okay. I appreciate Kyle was on time and that the service was professional and efficient.
