They are charging me monthly fees for a termite service when all I wanted was to have a squirrel removed from my wall. The tech also duct taped a trap to my wall to "keep the squirrel out." The squirrel has since ripped it down and is keeping my kids up at night by running through the walls of my home. They charged me $3,000 for this. They are also charging me $112 a month for termite removal... I don't have termites. I have been told that the manager, Brett Elfstrom, will be calling me to fix this. He has not done so. This company is a complete and total scam. I will be pursuing this with my lawyer.

They would not warranty job because we're dealing with wildlife. Shortly after, one of the deflectors came off the house. I called them and they came and put it back up. Over the next few months (up until 5 weeks ago) the same two continued to come off. Extractors continued to respond and put the deflectors up until this last time. They are a no show. I did receive 1 VM but still no response to multiple phone calls. Also after checking on the deflectors you can buy them on line for $11.00 a pair. I have 3 pair of deflectors that would have cost $33.00. Instead I paid $495 for a product that continues to fall off the house from a company that fais to stand behind a product they installed at an outrageous price.

He was friendly (and fun to talk with), reliable and communicative (he arrived when he said he was going to, and confirmed the arrival window with texts messages), he was knowledgeable (he walked us through the inside and outside of the house explaining what he was seeing and doing), and respectful (he had to move some things around to check in corners and crevices and he put back everything - this may seem like an "of course" by not many service providers do this).
