From the moment I walked in until the second I got my bike work done, they communicated with me, kept me posted, and helped me choose the right modifications for my needs. This isn't your typical corner sport bike shop that charges you little for subpar work. If you want premium work done on your ride, you need to pay premium for it, and that's exactly what Motorsport Exotica is about. Tanner was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and working with my schedule. I felt so welcomed and the shop is absolutely amazing. The beautiful rides and awesome vibe make it a great place to be. I also got to meet all the employees who do the actual work, and I was stunned by their originality and talent. The employees in the back working on the bikes were truly exceptional. I highly recommend Motorsport Exotica for all your sport bike needs. Oh, and I almost forgot: if you call and they don't answer, they'll call you right back. Who does that these days?

DO NOT TRUST ALVIN, He will take parts from your bike reuse them on other bikes, lose important…read moreparts, or swap them with old and worn ones. Upcharge you for repairs He does not do or half asses. Below is proof verified by a trusted reputable mechanic. Had a few repairs done at this shop after getting rear ended and spent close to $2000 in repairs and parts. Alvin was the main contact and the mechanic who worked on the bike. He replaced the handlebars, rear fender, did a valve adjustment, checked compression, front break cylinder, break pedal, and etc. I when I picked up the bike the first time break cylinder was not installed properly leaking breaking fluid. There was/is a piece of metal rolling around inside the handlebars - that of which he did not remedy, I figured it's so minor compared to the major repairs I won't make a deal out of it. When he installed the rear fender, the sissy bar and small compartment was misaligned/fender was crooked- preventing the compartment from closing. He informed me that I needed a new stator and rectifier along with a gasket. When I picked up the bike after he said it was done, the bike was Leaking oil, the gear shifter was not connected, there was a missing alem screw, a part on the bike was not tightened, and a he had lost a bolt....and the bike was revving at 2000rpm. I had to bring back the bike for him to fix the oil leak and other issues he caused. I've been patient and respectful with him. When seeing that the bike was not put together after telling me it was good to go - he made comments about how it was not his fault. What the hell am I paying you for?! You're not even getting the parts. When I picked it up again (3rd time) the bike was idling lower than 1000rpm, still leaking oil and white smoke coming out of the exhaust on start up. I asked him to fix the oil leak since it was still leaking & adjust the idle properly and he said he would fix it if I would buy another part- pickup coil (that I had just had him installed) and would charge me labor. As it was a faulty pickup coil- which was new. I told him I already paid him for the work to be done and won't be paying for the issues he caused. Important- I tried to contact him multiple times through text and call, and have not heard back from him. The last I heard he indicated he was not making enough money at the shop to get by and is becoming a truck driver. Took the bike to another trusted and reliable shop further from me who informed me that the pickup coil was installed incorrectly causing the oil leak, there was no valve adjustment done. The mechanic also informed me that he had upcharged me for simple repairs that clearly was not done. The bike was loosing power has a ticking noise and other issues. A technician informed me that: pulse coil was twisted together and wrapped in electrical tape (per the pics) and not soldered! The plug under the side cover was broken and loose behind the out cap (picture). I had put in 2 iridium spark plugs and was informed there was 1 iridium and 1 old bpr70s spark plug- to make things worse Alvin took one of my new spark plugs and swapped it out with a crap one. The amount of money I paid does not warrant this crap job! And the audacity to lie to my face about the repairs he did. This is by far the worst mechanic I have been to, dishonest, does not admit his faults and is clearly not knowledgeable when it comes to repairs. If you've read this entire review I hope that these issues do not happen to you. Do not trust Alvin. And make sure that your bike is 100% when picking it up.

After sending him a deposit, he sent me an updated invoice of the amount due after service is completed. We ended up leaving our bike at his shop for the weekend for the work to be completed on a Monday. Due to my work schedule, I wasn't going to be back in the area until after his shop is closed and he graciously waited for us.

Javier offered me water and is very personable. He wiped my bike down multiple times to clean off the oil and brake fluid. He did a final inspection to make sure no residue was left on any surface, rode the bike to test it out, and thanked me for my business. I couldn't replace my own oil on my Rebel 500 because of a damaged oil drain plug. Took the bike to RevXotic Motorsports and met Javier. He showed me the right socket necessary to take the plug off. I didn't know different shaped sockets existed. While changing the oil he adjusted my chain. He verified my concern that motor oil should be changed at least once a year to remove contaminants. He also added that brake fluid should be changed out once a year but did not solicit a brake fluid change/flush. I went ahead and did a brake fluid change and was glad I did because the front brake fluid was hardening. Javier treated me like a friend and my bike was all that mattered in the shop. Thank you Javier for answering my questions and concerns with patience and thoroughness. Although I have little experience visiting bike shops I am convinced my service was reasonable and competitive. I would definitely visit RevXotic for my next service.

I've known Larry G (General manager) for years and I've pretty much purchased all my motorcycles through him. Larry has always treated me as a friend and he's someone I trust. For this recent purchase, I saw a bike in their pre-owned department and ended up trading in my current bike for the pre-owned. Larry had Art (sales) help me with the transaction and the test ride. Art was very helpful and made the transaction smooth and easy. He's easy going and has a good sense of humor. Giovanni in finance had me in and out quickly so I could get riding. That level of care and integrity sets the tone for the entire dealership. Art, my sales associate, was extraordinary. He took late-night calls, patiently walked me through every step of the process, and made sure I felt confident and supported the entire way. That kind of dedication is rare. Christian in parts was fantastic as well--knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly invested in making sure everything was right. And while I don't know everyone's name, I can honestly say the entire staff made a lasting impression. Every interaction felt warm, competent, and sincere. Larry, the general manager, really sealed it. He gave me that unmistakable family feeling--the sense that you're not just buying a bike, you're joining a community. The fact that they're already inviting me out to track days says everything about the culture here. If you're looking for a home base for a Ducati--or motorcycles in general--this is it. Pro Italia isn't just a dealership. It's a family, and they make you feel like part of it from day one. Highly recommended. Quick follow-up after my first service visit: I also want to give a huge shout-out to Ruben and Ismael in service. Both were outstanding--professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took great care of me and reinforced everything I'd already felt about Pro Italia: this place is run by people who genuinely care. From sales to parts to service, the consistency across the team is rare and deeply appreciated.
