A few days prior to our trip, I realized our flight time was earlier, reached out to David to see if original pick up time would be okay and with his expertise, he recommend we leave a little earlier, which was much appreciated and he was able to quickly confirm change in pick up time. Day of, bright and early David was there just before our pick up time at 4:30am. He was personable, respectful and positive so early in the morning! Great conversation on the way there, spacious and super clean vehicle with plenty of room for just us two, but we know we can fit our family of six and luggage in his car for future trips. I have been using their services for few months now and it has been consistently great. I spoke with Ken on phone the first couple of times, he was very nice to make a new reservation on a short notice.
