I have been using their services for few months now and it has been consistently great. I spoke with Ken on phone the first couple of times, he was very nice to make a new reservation on a short notice. Making new reservations since then has been very easy and convenient - i drop them an email requesting a ride in advance (based on my travel plans. I use their services for getting to and from MSP.), i get a confirmation from them, get ride, get billed afterwards (they have my cc info in my profile in their system). Smooth. Once inside, the vehicle was dirty which made me very uncomfortable especially knowing how much I had paid to have the service for the day. When I directly contacted the company in an email to notify them I did not receive a response. I called a few business days later to confirm they had received my email and they told me to hold and an older gentlemen named Maurice answered and said hello? When I stated I had been disappointed in my service he said, "oh yeah __last name__ sorry about that, we are short staffed." And left it at that. Meaning they had already read my email, neglected to respond and had no plan to recover my business. Can very confidently say I won't be returning for service from them ever again.
