Apparently, they have so much business they can treat business customers with contempt.

Very friendly and accommodating, they'll even call you if you haven't found them by the reservation time.

We have tried several shuttle services in Rochester MN and Star is BY FAR the best. Other shuttles have left us stranded, or overpacked their vehicles - we did not want to take a risk with international VIPs coming in to visit Mayo. Booking with Star, I got regular updates on where the shuttle was, when the passengers were picked up, and when they were dropped off at their hotel - a great comfort as I live out of state. It was easy to book and arrange for a direct bill (instead of booking on a personal credit card); Hank worked with us to organize our reservations and was helpful and courteous. Great service! Purchased round trip from Rochester to Minneapolis to take a break from the medical appointments. At first I thought it was a little pricey, but then realized the distance. It was well worth it. The trip up was amazing. I had a very intelligent young man well beyond his 26 years as a driver. We talked the entire way up about life, cars, home repairs, and family. I was blessed to be able to meet him. The shuttles are very prompt, and often early. I would highly recommend this shuttle service. read more

Absolutely wonderful experience, flight was delayed due to weather - but my chauffeur Chris (tracked my flights expertly) and was right at the airport when I landed. Needed to book a nice SUV to pickup a few passengers from the private airport. Helped me book everything quickly with a great price. Flight was later cancelled due to bad weather and the support team was able to cancel and not charge any fees! They even have text support which was super convenient for me!! Made a reservation face to face in their office at the Kahler Grand hotel for transport to the RST airport for an early morning flight the next day. The shuttle never showed up, when I called to inquire I was told there was no reservation made. I was told that a taxi would be rushed out to get me to the airport, and now I hope I'll make my flight. Too much drama at 4am. read more

Received a lower class of service than what I purchased. I made a reservation for the a trip to the Airport on July 18th with the expectation that I would be provided the upgraded van service. In the past this is what was used and on occasions when there was not enough riders they would send a private care. I work during my trip to the airport and the extra room and comfortable ride allows me to be more productive. It is for this reason that I use their service. I do pay a premium however it is worth it to me. On this particular case I did not get the STAR service that I paid for, but rather a downgraded van. I was crammed in a small seat with little room to work. I am disappointed their choice of downgrading me with no notice and informing me when the shuttle comes to pick me up. I had no choice that point but to take the service. Driver was nice, and overall the service was acceptable however not what I paid for and expected. I will not be using their service in the future and will cancel my upcoming trip and book with an other providers in the future who will honor my reservation. read more

Rudest most unreliable company. Dispatching clark unprofessional and disrespectful. Dispatching Clark seemed happy at the prospect of me missing my flight. Drivers are respectful and kind which is why they get a star.shuttle van has leaks and flies. Very dirty vehicle. Use alternate rides if you want to make your flights!!!! Never going back to another shuttle. Worth the extra few bucks every time. The shuttles are bigger and more roomy and your not squeezed into an old van like a sardine and then spend time picking up and dropping off people around Rochester, which saves almost an hour total round trip and is worth it alone. Also if the shuttle is not full they take you in a sedan or town care (even private town car) and you can't beat a private towncar for the price of a shuttle. Drivers are great. Only complaint is that is this shuttle starts getting full it will not be that much better than some of the new buses the other companies have but they say they are upgrading it and it still is nicer. Anyway highly recommend, you will not regret it! read more
