I went to this barbershop with my son they said the wait was gonna be about 20 minutes but it ended up taking over an hour this day I was pretty busy so I end up missing my meeting and for the price of the haircut it wasn't the best the vibe of place was ok not the best. I have entered this place twice and have left without a haircut so I can't really say if they do a good job at cutting hair . But as far as customer service goes , terrible !! I have literally gone in , nobody saying a word. Wait for a while and I'm guessing some of their regulars or friends of theirs get greeted and are taken to a chair right away as they walk in,Maybe they have a reservation I don't know. I've been coming here for about a year and a half, getting haircuts with one of the youngest barbers here that goes my the name Uriel. He cuts hair pretty good but is not reliable at all whatsoever and very unprofessional. He has canceled on me multiple times even on schedule appts that were made weeks in advance and has rescheduled appts to different times then mistakenly thought he said another time and doesn't go through with a haircut at all. This place is okay. Seems to be that most of these barber shops have 1 guy that is always busy and booked while the rest aren't. It's cool if you like the "bro" atmosphere of these places, but are really unprofessional business-wise. Guy literally took a break to eat while he was cutting my hair. Most problems with these barber shops is that they really only know how to cut the sides and "style" clean cut, but they are really weak on shaping the top of your hair. I brought my son as a walk in, Erik Cruz cut his hair and both my son and I liked it a lot. He gave us a business card and recommended to make an appointment next time so we wouldn't have to wait as much. Every time he needs his haircut we call and schedule his appointment and we're in and out of there within 45 minutes. Nice clean barbershop, they always greet us as we walk in, they have water in the waiting room for the kids, and a TV to keep you entertained while you wait. After reading some of the reviews others have made, I would suggest to pick a barber you like, ask for their business card and schedule appointments with them. You don't go to a busy restaurant on a Friday night and expect to be seated instantly, same goes for a barbershop, if you don't want to wait long, schedule an appointment and avoid that. This place needs signage and organization. No one greets you as you walk in. Maybe because I'm 35 and everyone working here looks to be in their early 20s. Awkward feeling when you let them know you were here before someone else when you see them sit in the chair you thought was yours only to find out they have an appointment. Next time i made an appointment they forgot about my appointment and had to take me the next day. Next day the barber cuts my hair in less than 10 min and does a horrible job. A friend of mine recommended this place cause it was new and close to us. I decided to give it a shot. I went on their Instagram page to see who did good work. Only one profile showed good work which was a guy named Erik. First Red Flag was this pace doesn't do online appointments. They do phone calls which is out dated and never consistent. I call and ask for Erik and to my surprise I was able to get a 12pm opening. I get there and the barber Erik I requested tells me Erik was almost done. I was like wtf, 2nd Red Flag. Guess there's two, Erik P and C. My gut instincts told me to walk out, but I figured a haircut is just a haircut. I might as well just get one. I showed the other Erik C a pic of how I wanted my beard and mentioned I wanted a taper on my sides. It started off ok, but then this kid in yellow soccer jersey was distracting him by talking to him. 3rd Red Flag came when, to make matters worse, my barber was distracted AGAIN trying to get someone to take his 1pm because the "owner" booked him another 1pm, and he himself forgot to write down his homies appointment for 1pm too. He spent the entire time asking other barbers if they could take his other 1pm that the owner booked. 4th Ted Flag was because of this, the barber forgot about my taper request. I was just over it at that point and wanted to leave the chair. When all was done the mediocre hair/beard cut was $30, but they charge here $1 for card use. I usually tip very well, but this time I only tipped $6 out of pity. My advice to this business is to get an online app. This poor 1st time experience could have been avoided with an organized system. No double bookings, and names of barbers and clients are clearly visible. read more

Had same bad experience other people have had. Was walk in just like two others who were attended. Waited over an hour and some other guy shows for a haircut. He is greeted with a handshack from one of the barbers. Finally one of the customers haircut is done and im thinking im up since ive been waiting over an hour and prettyboy over here who was greeted with a personal handshack just showed up. I called around 3pm and spoke to someone that said they do walk ins and appointments, he said he can put me down for appointment at 5:30pm which would be $30 bucks, I told him I'll do walk in which is $25. Walked in it's now 5:20pm and they said they are closed for the day! How are you going to make me an appointment for 5:30 but I can't walk in before 5:30? I thought trying this place out would be great but I guess not. I generally tip $10-15 bucks good thing it wasn't here lol. I just left this place majorly disappointed. My son is mixed with textured hair and has about 4" or more of curls. I asked for it to be cut 1 to 1 1/2 inches and edged up. He barely has any hair left and its super uneven as the guy didn't brush my sons hair out before trimming it, my kid is so sad. Didn't realize how bad it was until we actually got home.
