One of the most noticeable issues was that my sideburns were cut unevenly, with one side significantly higher than the other. It was very obvious and frustrating. I tried to explain the style I wanted, but it felt like my request wasn't really listened to. A haircut is something you have to walk around with every day, so it's disappointing when basic details like symmetry aren't taken into account. I left the shop unhappy and now have to wait for my hair to grow back or pay someone else to fix it. I hope the shop takes more care in listening to clients and paying attention to details like even sideburns in the future.

Yea, it was a bit hard at first, but after that first hair cut, Alicia got better knowing the style my partner wants. And now she is his regular barber. Now on to my kid, the child does not want anyone else but Alicia to touch and cut their hair. Alicia was patient, kind, and really worked with my kid to get their hair cut. She uses sisscors to cut their hair because the kid does not like the sound of the buzzer cut. Also, they prefer the surfer look so Alicia definitely nails it every time. They love her so much that when I style their hair at home, they always say, "Make sure to style it like Alicia did!" So definitely, keeping Alicia as my kid's stylist. She was able to layer my hair, give it texture, lightness, style, and a new look and vibe that I absolutely love.
