The Hilliard-Rome Road location does a good job and an ok job of drying. I wish there was a little more time on drying especially on cold days like today when you don't feel like pulling over to hand dry the rest of the way. I really appreciate the staff here. Any interactions I have had have been friendly, courteous, and always appreciate a smile. Two lines, the member lane and non-member that corral into one wash inference. It's a good layout and even when packed doesn't take too long. They keep you moving.

You drive in after the door opens. Stay between the lines and stop when it tells you too. The system will sr pay your vehicle and rotate around you. After it is all done. You drive forward to have the air dryer blow the water off of your vehicle. It counts down but I was impatient and just slowly drove through. When you pull out, if you have never been here pay attention to the lift gate as you approach it, it will open and you make a very tight turn to leave you are greeted with pot holes that sadly on this day were full of water. The touchless side only works so well to be honest.

I've been a loyal member at this carwash for some time, but my recent visit to the Roberts Rd…read morelocation was extremely disappointing. I stopped in to get a replacement membership sticker after having my windshield replaced (a rock shattered it and left glass all over my Jeep). Instead of a simple, routine request, I was met with clear irritation from the employee. His tone was dismissive, he acted as though I was inconveniencing him for doing his job, and even my "thank you" went unanswered. I was treated as if I were trying to misuse my membership, despite explaining the situation. For a service‑based business, this interaction was surprisingly rude and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this, because experiences like this make customers reconsider where they spend their money.

They don't have a way of separating the express wash from the lengthier ones, so you are stuck behind everyone getting a full experience wash. The place is definitely designed for individuals wanting a more extensive car wash experience- and maybe my opinion would be different if that's what I elected to do. It's not efficient for those of us wanting a quick wash. Will not be returning, as I value my time more than the price. They also manual unfolded my automatic mirrors, which definitely made me jump, because they are not supposed to be manually handled like that.

Given the number of complaints registered against this MEW's equipment, I thought maybe they would've fixed some things so I came through today. Pulled my full-size SUV in put it neutral and as it started to move forward, I noticed that the first 2 to 3 feet of the vehicle got hit with the dry brush before the foam bath starts to fall from above in a sheet. A year ago at this location, the foam sheet started right when my bumper passed Forward so that the paint was properly foamed and wetted before starting to get hit with their brushes. The fact that they do not put any water or foam on the vehicle before the brushes hit is inexcusable and were this a franchise I would have them pull their franchise tag. It's not that difficult pull in any square body, GM or Ford SUV and you will find that the nose your vehicle gets hit with brushes two or 3 feet into it before proper foam has rained down from above as it designed to happen at the very beginning.
