My first time using John to detail my Jeep, he went above and beyond! I'm a Realtor and use my Jeep everyday and with clients. I've never seen my Jeep look so good! The attention to detail was superb! Get away from these fast turn over chain detail shops and go to John and his personal business! I can't say enough good things about him and his service!! Not to mention he is such a nice person! 5 stars! read more

Went above and beyond. Great service and friendliness. Had my full interior and exterior detail done in about 4 hours. Crazy how much he was able to get done in that time! read more

Wow - Talk about reliable service and a great experience! John had me pull into his garage ready to detail the interior of my vehicle. 4 hours later, I had not only the interior but the exterior looking phenomenal. My interior smelling clean and exterior paint scratches buffed out! If you want a reliable local that will go above and beyond where he can, go to John! read more

First things first, their new address is: 2838 Fisher Road Columbus OH 43204 I had such a great experience with John. I have always cleaned and detailed my own cars but really needed some help with a truck I bought that was COVERED in years old sap and bug stuff. John gave me an original quote and I thought it was way too low. Sure enough, he called and admitted his mistake and asked for more money to finish the job and I agreed. This is an old school way of conducting business and I liked it. John knows what he's doing and I can't recommend him enough. He's got the goods! read more

John is awesome! I selected the Platinum Works package for my vehicle and I highly recommend his detailing services. Another thing that I really enjoyed were all the amazing plants around his shop once I drove inside. It's an experience like no other and if you want all around service + experience, he's your guy. read more

I have had detailing done from many businesses. John's outcomes are better than the dealer, and any other "professionals" that I have given my patronage. Friendly guys and great customer service. read more

Johnny Abbott is flat-out the best auto detailer I have ever had the pleasure of using. From the beginning to the end of my contact with John it was a pure pleasure. He's a real character and lots of fun to do business with and to be around. His work is impeccable and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. John doesn't need to work as much as he does but...he loves his work! Every square inch of my car was detailed beautifully. The engine was so clean and pristine that I was floored. I'm a little reluctant to leave this great review because I'd hate to think that Johnny will take on even more business leaving less time for folks like me :-). He's the "real deal" and I can't recommend him highly enough! A real pro and...a great human being. Thank you Johnny. I'll be back with my daughter's car in a month or two! read more

While Johns shop is not hurting for 5-Star reviews, it feels good to use Yelp to recommend and not to complain. I have a 20 year old Bronco that has been sitting outdoors for 4 years. I gave it a thorough scrubbing the weekend before bringing it in, but there is just no comparison to how it looks now. My truck looks new, I will be back, and if you are on the fence about taking your car here, my advice is to get on his schedule and let them work their magic. read more

John has a great team. They did a very thorough job - my car felt brand new! John also provides excellent customer service.

I recently took my wife's Odyssey to John for the first time. He did an amazing job! I will be going back next year.

I am blown away. My car has carried dozens of rescue dogs and muddy soccer cleats for the last five years. I've used other detail shops in town, and there is no comparison to Johnny's work. Every inch of the car is spotless. Thank you to those who left great reviews, you were spot on with every point. Johnny runs a tight shop and is a great human being. We will be repeat customers for a long time. read more

As evidenced by the 5 star reviews here and on Google, John's shop is top notch. The only issue you might have is in getting a slot on his calendar, he's that good. I recently had two vehicles detailed by John, one of which was an old ford Ranger. He took the time to clean and even paint parts of the suspension and under carriage. He made that vehicle something my son is proud to drive. John's service is old school. A hand shake and your word is what he goes on. Pricing is very reasonable for the service provided. I recommend him unreservedly. Great guy. Great shop. read more

I called these guys about 2 weeks ago and was talking to John himself on the phone first. He was extremely friendly from the beginning and had a John Wayne accent which I found really funny. He had told me that he was booked for weeks and could possibly squeeze me in on a Wednesday morning if I brought my vehicle in early enough. After all the reviews I saw online I had agreed with him on the date and proceeded to wait til that time. A day before, he called just to remind me about the appointment and to square away the payment process. Although paying with cash or check can be a little bothersome, when someone gives you a heads up like that it takes all the frustration away before hand. When I brought it in to there place in the morning, the guys all were very friendly and greeted me as I came in, then I met John himself and he had such a charisma about him that even if you were having a bad day, he would've made you laugh about anyways. So I left my 2012 Jeep Wrangler there and I needed to get back home. I had already contemplated running back home since I had my workout gear on or calling an uber, but John insisted on his employee dropping me off home to save me the trouble which was very nice! The Result: About 4 hours later, John called me to let me know it was ready and so once I arrived, I had inspected my Jeep for about 10 minutes and couldn't believe how well it was detailed and cleaned from the inside-out. Furthermore, I didn't know the deluxe included getting my engine cleaned out and so when I saw that I couldn't believe how spotless it was. These guys did such a good job that I couldn't believe how much I payed in exchange for the customer service/ performance/ and results from these guys. It was as if my Jeep was brand spanking new! You can definitely expect me to return again! read more

QUALITY: I'm persnickety about my car's cleanliness, and usually detail it myself. After a half-day with Johnny my SUV looks better than it did when I bought it. Seriously. The products John uses seem to be at industry-leading or better: the leather, the carpets, the nooks, the crannies, and even the engine was cleaned and dressed. John gave the car the same level of attention I would, arguably more so. Johnny is very down to earth and very committed to his quality. I was a believer once I picked up the car. CONVENIENCE: Making an appointment was an easy phone call --- at Johnny's at 8.00a and done by 12.00p. Great, timely service. His pricing is competitive; I would venture to say the among the best rates for the area. Johnny took me back home after I dropped it off and he returned to pick me up when the car was finished. That's great customer service! Overall, if you're looking to support a small business owner who has a great appreciation for what he does, give John Abbott's a chance. read more

John did an amazing job detailing the exterior of my Wife's white Honda which had not been taken care of. He was able to remove staining, and touched up a few scuffs to make the car look brand new. I highly recommend scheduling with him! read more

Wow, I LOVE this place! Johnny did an amazing job. I had my Prius interior and exterior detailed. When I saw it, it took my breath away. I like to take good care of my car, and he took great care of it for me. I nearly cried when I saw how he wiped all the grime and dust out from under my hood. He offered to touch up my paint in spots where I have smudges on the exterior, but luckily, he didn't do it with various brand paint he had lying around; he asked me to bring in my official Toyota paint (which I left at home, not knowing he'd do this for me) during my next detailing. It's so clear that Johnny cares about your car. He is such a sweet guy, and does an excellent job. I can't recommend him enough - definitely telling all my friends to come to him. read more

I called and left several messages over a period of about a month. Nobody returned my calls but one day I was driving by and decided to stop in. I walked up to three unkempt men sitting around a table inside next to the the wash/ Bay Area, smoking and eating. It was gross. Told the one who seemed to be in charge that I'd been calling and asked if I could get a car wash. he just apologized and said they're by appointment only and booked for the next month. Nowhere does it say this on the website. Will not be returning. read more

John Abbott's Custom Auto Detailing - John treats your car right. - Auto Detailing Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

Last week I took my Acura RDX to have it detailed. When I picked the car up the next day, I was honestly shocked at how the car looked because it was so clean. Johnny made the car look better than the car looked the day I purchased it. The leather seats were excellent and he even cleaned down to my all weather mats while finding time to steam the engine. If you want to see how good your car can look take the time to visit. I know my car will be back along with the rest of the cars in my family. read more

Super nice guy but car could have been much cleaner. I don't understand how I can get my car "detailed" and my windows are dirty when I picked it read more

My car was a disaster from having a dog... I just did the interior detail. John and his buddy rocked it out. They charged a little more since it was a real mess but well worth the money. They even had an ozone machine to kill the smells. I can't speak for their ability to detail the outside of the car but I was so impressed that I took another vehicle over there too. read more
