I had been looking for someone to correct the paint on my classic car. I called them up and explained what I was looking to have done. They asked that I bring it in and have a look over to see exactly what was needed. Upon arriving, I was introduced to Todd and his team who made me feel welcome. Obviously these guys are passionate about cars, and they were excited to help me out. Todd looked my car over, and explained what he could and could not do. Never once did he oversell or make unrealistic promises. He then gave me a tour of the shop and an overview of the things they did! So far so good! Didn't see any reviews but figured I would give the place a chance since it was new to me. I preface, before I share how I set my appointment today, that they probably appreciate scheduled appointments. With that said, I live life dangerously and called to see if they would be able to squeeze me in. First win, they were able to take my random appointment need. First walk in impressions were great, friendly face at the front, Bonnie, willing to assist. The look of the place is very professional and the car pics on the wall that have been serviced looked great. Plenty of area to work in or relax on a couch while I waited. It is a rainy day so I'm electing to taking their mini detail for cars. It is $99 for interior and exterior. I think it goes up in price with size. They did a great job! read more

I used Esoteric Detailing for their express detailing services (interior and exterior cleaning). They were recommended to me by a family member. Making an appointment was very easy! Just be aware that it will likely take a few weeks to get you in. I dropped off the car around 8:30 am and it was ready around 2 pm. The car came out as good as new! The interior looked amazing - like a brand new car. They did a fantastic job and I found their pricing to be very reasonable - about $160 with tax. I just had my car detailed for the first time professionally. The guys at Esoteric did a great job on my car. From the moment you step in their shop you get the feeling that they truly care about you and your car. Doing things right, from giving advise on car care products to what service would be best for your car and budget. There was never any upselling just for the purpose of selling you a service or product. Even though I was willing to spend more, it was Todd's opinion that it wasn't necessary and wouldn't really make much of an improvement. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional. Was recommended to go here and wow was it worth it. I have a 2015 Mustang and they treated it like a Ferrari. Every inch of my vehicle was spotless inside and out. Being an enthusiast (and having a black car) I'm cleaning my vehicle once a week at least. If they missed anything I would have noticed. They did a perfect job. It's a little pricey but it's no doubt worth every penny, you get what you pay for. The staff was very nice and personable as well. Love going there just to see what cars they have in that week. Had a few questions, e-mailed on a Sunday evening expecting to hear back on Monday but within the hour on a Sunday night I had the answer to my questions so I could get right to work Monday morning. Had some more questions after business hours on a Thursday evening, e-mail response within the hour. Simply incredible support regarding the products they represent. Stopped by to pick up some items, very gracious and welcoming folks, took the time to give me a tour of the shop and provided solid advice and recommendations. After seeing the shop and talking to the people there, these folks are certainly doing all they can to further not only their business but the detailing profession/hobby as well, and doing so at the highest level possible. The cleanliness and laboratory environment of their shop must simply be seen to be believed. Scheduled an appointment for a detail / corrective polish, paint & wheel protection for a Certified Pre-Owned Audi with black metallic paint. I dropped off my car with noticeable swirls from the dealer's haphazard buffing pre-delivery. I picked up my car 2 days later (it was still cold outside so Esoteric kept it longer to be sure the coating had a chance to cure). My coupe went from nice to ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The team at Esoteric is unique in how much they truly care about everything from start to finish. While attending Ohio State, I would bring my car there for a semi regular detail (about once per month) and not only did they always deliver, they seemed to exceed my expectations every time. Most of the time Dan would work on the car and I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for having found such a passionate group. Dan would always explain what he would be using and would even show me how to use it if I asked. Normally, I would get a basic wash and wax done, but I would also do winter preps and clear bra (film, they use Suntek) on occasion. The work performed is second to none. I had two custom wraps (meaning that Dan and Zach had to custom fit the wrap, it didn't come pre-cut) and to this day they have no defects whatsoever. *Also, if you're curious as to whether to use Suntek or XPEL PPF, trust the guys at Esoteric for their choice in Suntek. Having both of them on my car, Suntek is definitely superior.* From my first visit to my last, they have always showed true care for me and my car. If I could, I would still bring it there (I live near NYC, so my usual visits are no longer feasible). If you feel any hesitation about bringing your car to Esoteric, just check out their portfolio. While not every car they work on is a Ferrari F40 (notorious for its extremely thin and hard-to-work-with paint) they certainly treat your car better than even you would expect. Hello, Sent them a three hundred thousand dollar car. Communication with Todd wasn't that great. One of the items billed on Esoteric's bill was removal of wheels, the wheels were NEVER removed for cleaning of that area, I have pictures to prove it. The interior was dirty around the edge of the door panel's, they never even lifted the middle compartment to clean the leather. I received the car back with all kinds of electrical problems that Todd blames on the mechanic at the shop he works with, it doesn't matter, I sent it to Esoteric. The electric is mostly fixed, (Not by Todd) I had to pay. I still have a light that flashes on the dash for the front lift, it could cost from $1600.00 to $7000.00 to get it right. Todd doesn't take or want to take any responsibility what's so ever, all he has are blames and excuses, he even goes as far as to say I'm lying and took the pictures long after I received the car, that why would I have a camera with me when I picked the car up. Well, I sent him a video of the car being unloaded from the carrier to prove to him I had the camera with me, and to also show the car seats were covered by Todd's people before the car left his place and were still on the car when they took it off the truck. I mention that because he tried to tell me it must have been the shipper that got the inside dirty. By him saying that he doesn't even realize he's admitting the video he saw shows problems that he tries saying aren't there. He has to think before he speaks. After my last email with the above mentioned video, I never heard back from him. read more
