I had been looking for an auto detail company for a couple of months, but didn't commit to a…read morecompany due to high prices and inflexible times. As a full time working mom, I needed a time that was either in the evening or on the weekends, and a company that would come to me. I found Luxury Auto Detail, browsed their website and was pleasantly surprised that they were a MOBILE service AND that they had evening and weekend hours available. I booked my appointment online in a couple of minutes, and heard from Jamary shortly after. I explained what I needed, an interior detail of my Jeep Compass, and he quoted me a very affordable price. Jamary came to my house Sunday morning at 8 am and by 12:30 I had a shiny, clean Jeep on my hands. He took such care and paid so much attention to the interior of my car. The seats are cloth and were badly stained due to my toddler's fixation with throwing food and drinks around. He steam cleaned the whole interior of the car and left it looking brand new. My Jeep looked better than when I brought it home from the dealership. Thank you so so much for all of your hard work Jamary! I will not go to any other company for my car detailing needs!

My car was white before I moved and now look at the pictures! Just kidding, but it was really messy. Then I stumbled upon a groupon for interior detailing and I decided to go through and buy it. Joseph is extremely professional, courteous, and diligent with his work. He thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the fabric in my vehicle and made sure the console and compartments were cleaned as well. Not only did he do a fantastic job and the inside but he even helped with the exterior at no additional cost! I'm completely satisfied with my service and will happily employ him again the next time I need something. Exceptional experience!

After they left, I noticed several spots in the interior were missed (sprayed but not wiped so left spots). The buttons on my steering wheel and my radio got so soaked during cleaning that it messed up my radio and Bluetooth and it was broken for several days. I notified Joseph immediately and he owned up and apologized, letting me know he would take care of the issue and have a mechanic come out and take a look. I sent him several videos of the radio and Bluetooth glitching and after telling me he needed to come out to try to vacuum the moisture out, he started ignoring my texts. Luckily, it's not back to normal but even if he wasn't, he clearly decided he no longer wanted to take care of the issue he caused.
