I had complete hip replacement in May 2025…read more He is an incredible dr, I went from horrific pain from a hip dislocation, then my hip collapsed and walked around in misery for 7 years. After my surgery, I went straight to Arrowhead physical therapy. Everyone there was very professional and helped me tremendously get back my strength. I don't remember all the therapist names, but I worked with Amy the majority of the time. I am very thankful to Amy, she was very helpful with me gaining my strength back and having zero pain in my hip. I look forward to the near future having a double knee replacement and continuing my therapy here at Arrowhead. The only thing I had a hard time with, was getting through by phone. My suggestion is to ask for the phone number when you book your appointments.

The room my mother-in-law was assigned to was awful--peeling paint, dirty windows, and an unhygienic bathroom. To make matters worse, a toothbrush was left lying directly on the shared sink, making it impossible to know whose it was or if it had been contaminated. Hygiene and attentive patient support should be top priorities in any medical facility, but this location falls far short of basic standards: Neglected Patient Care: We asked for water and waited three hours for assistance. My mother-in-law was not given regular showers unless I specifically stepped in to demand them. Unacceptable Hygiene Practices: I personally walked in on a short CNA attempting to hand a used bedpan to one of our family members. When I confronted her and family members , she showed no regard for proper sanitation. Like I mentioned if my inlaw needs one at home we will provide a new one not used. Unfriendly Staff: Overall, the staff is dismissive and unwelcoming. We regret not visiting the facility in person before placing our loved one here, though I suspect the rooms shown during tours are kept private just for display. Please be extremely careful before placing your loved ones in this facility.

Dr. Hossein Tayebi, DPT demonstrates a genuine level of care and investment in each patient's progress. Even when delivering guidance that may be difficult to hear, it is always done with the patient's best interest in mind, which I truly appreciate. What stands out most is the effort made to build meaningful rapport. I never feel like "just a number." The provider takes time to thoroughly educate me on how specific muscles function, why certain areas need strengthening, and how each exercise contributes to overall recovery. This level of explanation has helped my dad feel more engaged and confident in his treatment plan. The staff (Myra and Irene) as a whole are friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable.
