Turns out the physical therapist actually discharged me and never sent the request. I gave him the benefit of the doubt bc didn't understand why he would tell me something and do the opposite, the receptionist said he insisted he made no mistake.... I'm beyond confused, i didn't ask for extra sessions, he recommended them... why did he lie?

After a few doctors who I feel don't feel really listen to my concerns and just keep prescribing me medicine, I came back to PT. My main therapist is now Sean Choi and he is awesome! He listens to my concerns and I believe has actually gotten down to the root of the real problem, not carpal tunnel as previously diagnosed with by my . He is very patient and encouraging when I struggle with certain exercises. Highly recommend him! Other new people I have came in contact with: America- she is great! She is very good about keeping me updated with anything and everything. She does all the communication between my doctor/insurance and myself. She is great about finding a time that works with my schedule. Larry- I worked with him twice and he is very helpful and also encouraging. He explains things very well. Efren has also helped me and is a great conversationalist. I still interact with everyone in my previous review and they are still the same great people to work with! The office is very clean and COVID compliant. No other place I would rather go to for PT and worth the 25 minute drive.

Even the doctor allowed a 15-minute grace period, which made visits stress-free. Because of that positive first experience, I chose to return here after my recent rotator cuff surgery. Unfortunately, my experience this time was completely different. The new front office receptionist is very rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. She was visibly bothered that she had to get up to ask the physician if he could still see me, even though I arrived within what used to be a 15-minute grace period. I was then informed that the policy has changed to 10 minutes, with no flexibility. Considering I'm recovering from shoulder surgery and it's difficult for me to get dressed and drive, I was hoping for a little understanding -- instead, I was turned away and had to drive back home. I made another appointment, but it was booked far out. I'm giving this place one more chance, but if things continue this way, I will not return. It's disappointing to see how drastically the office atmosphere and professionalism have changed. The front office sets the tone for the entire clinic -- and when that declines, it raises concerns about the rest of the care behind the scenes. Patients come here trusting they'll be treated with professionalism, respect, and compassion. I hope management looks into this, because the difference between my past and current experience is truly unfortunate.

Think welfare office when you think of these places. Hot, crowded, and deeply Horrible experience. Both facilities the receptionists are busy taking selfies and scrolling social media. Takes 100x longer to get your paperwork. Seriously you sit right on top of each other for about an hour to get paperwork. I think either doctors; can't get jobs at good facilities or they don't want to retire. Either way they aren't hiring top of the line doctors. BE WARNED! The room my mother-in-law was assigned to was awful--peeling paint, dirty windows, and an unhygienic bathroom. To make matters worse, a toothbrush was left lying directly on the shared sink, making it impossible to know whose it was or if it had been contaminated. Hygiene and attentive patient support should be top priorities in any medical facility, but this location falls far short of basic standards: Neglected Patient Care: We asked for water and waited three hours for assistance. My mother-in-law was not given regular showers unless I specifically stepped in to demand them. Unacceptable Hygiene Practices: I personally walked in on a short CNA attempting to hand a used bedpan to one of our family members. When I confronted her and family members , she showed no regard for proper sanitation. Like I mentioned if my inlaw needs one at home we will provide a new one not used. Unfriendly Staff: Overall, the staff is dismissive and unwelcoming. We regret not visiting the facility in person before placing our loved one here, though I suspect the rooms shown during tours are kept private just for display. Please be extremely careful before placing your loved ones in this facility.
