Horrible bed side manner from Dr Fritz. Doesn't say much. I just got done flying to another state to have a 'reverse complete shoulder replacement' as was agreed upon by multiple doctors was needed. Dr Fritz wanted to go in and remove a spur. HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO! I wasn't even told about surgery from Dr Fritz, it was the woman printing forms. The office at both Colton and Perris are germ petri dishes! Dirty places. Think welfare office when you think of these places. Hot, crowded, and deeply Horrible experience. Both facilities the receptionists are busy taking selfies and scrolling social media. Takes 100x longer to get your paperwork. Seriously you sit right on top of each other for about an hour to get paperwork. I think either doctors; can't get jobs at good facilities or they don't want to retire. My favorite Dr. Nick's employees are: Mariana M. (front-desk check-in), Natalie G. (back-office MA), and Alma (manager). They are professional, efficient, and true problem-solvers. My reports were not being sent to my primary care physician, and they resolved the issue within 10 minutes. This is the kind of medical team every office should have--no red tape or runaround. The reports were promptly sent to my PCP. They communicated clearly at every step and confirmed receipt. I felt heard and respected throughout the process. I tried to explain my pain and symptoms, but he barely listened and kept interrupting me. The appointment felt rushed, and he acted like I was just another number. Definitely not someone who cares about their patients. He didn't take the time to review my medical history, didn't provide no medication for my pain instead he rush me out. This place is horrible!! Stay away if you can. My elderly mother got injured at work and has had to go through so many different doctors, since many of them would FAIL a bedside manners evaluation. No patience, empathy, or compassion! I was stunned that Dr. Fritz (Ortho Surgeon, MD) literally would talk over us, interrupt questions, and walked out as if she was done while we were still talking to him! My mom has been crying from the pain after the surgery, the joint locks and is very painful for her and he still discharged her!!! I would like to start by expressing my gratitude to the incredible staff who made my externship at Healthpointe such a positive and educational experience. A special thank you to Monique and Patty at the front desk, as well as Ursula, Dr. Toumayan, Dr. Castro, Jeff, Eric, and Joe in the back office. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication provided me with invaluable insights and guidance throughout my time there. With that being said, I feel it is important to address an unfortunate aspect of my experience, specifically regarding the Assistant Manager, Isabel Cervantes. Unfortunately, she did not take the time to formally introduce herself to me as a manager. Her demeanor consistently came across as unprofessional and discourteous. On several occasions, she failed to acknowledge staff or greet them with basic courtesies such as "Good morning" or "Good afternoon." Instead, interactions were often accompanied by dismissive gestures, such as eye rolls or an unapproachable attitude, waving her hair everywhere. For example, there was an instance where she approached me, asking for Monique. When I informed her that I was unsure of Monique's location because I was with a patient, she responded under her breath, "Does anyone know anything around here?" before rolling her eyes and walking away. Another time we had an incident with another student and her response was if we don't fix what was going on then we would be dismissed from HER PRACTICE like if it was her very own. Upon entering the room, her presence exudes an aura of belittling and intimidation, affecting the emotions of those present. And then today 1/9/25 she walks past Samantha and Patty and bumps in to her rudely and says "excuse me!" and doesn't even give them a chance to get out of her way and expected them to move out of her way at her convenience. Instances like this were disheartening as they reflected poorly on the leadership culture. You can probably ask all the fellow colleagues but they will more than likely stay quiet since they do need their job. While I considered bringing up these concerns to Alma or Patricia , the manager, I hesitated because, as a student, I felt my concerns might not be taken seriously since we are another student coming in and out in a few months. This environment made it challenging to voice feedback openly. I understand the importance of maintaining professionalism during an externship, but it is equally important to ensure that students, staff, and patients are treated with respect. Overall, I am grateful for the learning opportunities I received at Healthpointe, but I do hope the leadership team reflects on how such behavior can negatively affect morale and the overall experience for those under their guidance. I recently injured my foot at work and .y employers insurance sent me to this clinic for care. This is my second visit here and I'll say this. The car from the female medical associates was outstanding to say the least. As for my treating doctor, not so great. I feel that he works for the employer and not the injured worker. It's my hunch because he certainly hasn't done anything for my foot other than question me. With some doubt in his eyes. Tell you what, you're not me. So you have no idea on the pain associated with my high ankle sprain nor should you doubt. Follow-up appointments should include more care for the injured. Not just medical notes. Give me a script for some bio freeze spray or gel. Or get me in to see physical therapy at least. Hell, you should have done an MRI the first week. Not just an extra. Nonetheless I do not feel comfortable with my treating doctor because I don't feel he has my best interest at hand. I'm 54 years old and have seen and talked to enough people my lifetime to know when someone's against me! Hell, the doctor hasn't even asked me once how I'm doing and what have i been doing for the pain. That alone tells me he don't care and that he works in the interest of the employer and insurance. Not me. So I will be seeking representation this week because I dont trust you with my health. Thanks but no thanks. Stay away from this place!! We needed an FAA 2nd class medical certificate and we're in a bind for a quick turnaround, and after calling multiple locations this place was the only place that had "availability" so they said. Our appointment was at 9:30am, however, after being told we're next and 2+hours later, I decided to call my losses and leave. I was completely frustrated to have to drive out here, lied to about being seen next, not told that appointments mean nothing, because they give priority to follow-ups and patients with insurance. I guess my money is not good enough nor worth their time. On the flip side, glad I made the decision to leave, as the other reviews have horrible things to say about the doctor that would have seen my son. Avoid this place! No parking, crowded waiting room, lies, and total disregard for people's time. read more

My Drs take the time to listen and make sure my problems are documented and addressed in all possible ways. I went in for a DOT breathalyzer, I was told that at the front desk that the person certified to perform this test would be in at 3PM. Traffic was bad so I decided to wait it out. I sat in the office waited well just under 3 hours, when the certified person showed up, I was informed that the system for testing was down and the front desk personal knew this all along but never felt the need to inform me. 3 hours of my life wasted. I still have to find a location to perform the mandated DOT test. I do not advise any employer to send their people to this place. If you can, stay away at all cost. read more

After driving for 30 min and getting off work early, they said for that service I needed an appointment. No biggie, made an appointment and came in for my allotted time. 30 min after the scheduled time they said it was still going to be another 30min or longer to be seen. If you've had a work injury stay far away from this place. Go to Concentra. Even though they only have PA's they will eventually get you to an orthopedic doc. The so called doctor martin del campo is a quack and needs to quit. It's shocking that he is still in practice with as many complaints as I've seen. I went in with a wrist injury and he walked in, held onto the door handle and proceeded to tell me that I "I didn't look at your X-rays but you just sprained your wrist" you can go back to work full duty. So I did and now since I had to use my other arm almost exclusively, I hurt the other wrist. I've had one surgery for torn cartilage in two spots and torn ligaments. After this I have to have the other one done. So yeah, reporting to the medical board and talking to lawyers. read more

Came in for a simple UA and lift test, after checking in I was lapped by multiple walk-ins and was left out to dry in the waiting room for 2+ hours.... I came and checked in with an empty waiting room and now two hours later I still have not been seen... Absolutely ridiculous. Trust me now that I had my benefits denied because of no work restrictions or limitations.
