When Dr. Donaldson entered, he didn't speak or introduce himself. Instead, he reached out and attempted to disconnect the urgent call I was wrapping up. Rather than continuing with the appointment--one I had been waiting over six months for--he left without seeing me. Junge, Dr. Donaldson's found this to be exceedingly entertaining, or that is what I assumed by his smile and laughter. ***Edited to add:*** Against my better judgment, I allowed Junge to participate in my care today with Dr. Donaldson, despite explicitly informing him beforehand that I do not participate in any educational activities involving bringing others into the session. Junge either lacked awareness or disregarded my boundaries, which is concerning given his stated pursuit of a fellowship following clinical practice--yet he showed no regard for the importance of cultural sensitivity or patient autonomy. His conduct throughout the interaction was unprofessional, characterized by condescension, dismissiveness, and language that suggests underlying racial bias. His behavior was less respectful than expected from a healthcare provider and reflected prejudice rooted in preconceived notions rather than clinical judgment. Notably, Junge labeled me as "combative" based on subjective impressions, revealing a reliance on stereotypes and a failure to understand or respect my concerns. This unprofessional assessment unduly influenced the supervising physician, who accepted these biased characterizations without scrutiny, thus perpetuating unjust and unequal treatment. Additionally, Junge blatantly ignored my clear statement that I did not want to participate in any educational efforts by bringing others into the appointment, demonstrating a lack of respect for my autonomy and boundaries. Such behavior highlights a problematic attitude toward patient rights and diversity. To address these serious issues, Junge would benefit immensely from targeted implicit bias training and cultural competency courses designed to improve interactions with patients of diverse backgrounds. These interventions are crucial to fostering equitable, respectful, and culturally sensitive healthcare practices, and to preventing future instances of discriminatory behavior.

Now there is only 1 person who walks around with the computer doing his note while telling patients what exercises to do. Unfortunately I've been told that the therapists at Outpatient Rehab at East Campus don't do much either. Very disappointing for a Loma Linda facility.

His partners include the monster Ben Childers, who gave me grotesque breast implants and ruined my ability to wear ANYTHING but loose fitting blouses. DONALDSON had fun with me, indeed. He of course during surgery to remove the hardware, had to get to it, and moved all the muscle and tissue in my hip to get to the hardware, then sent me home to walk on it and did NOT USE SURGICAL GLUE TO ARRANGE THE TISSUE BACK IN PLACE before stitching me with wire in tiny spirals from hip to knee. Of course he intended to destroy my chances of recovery, by sending me home instead of keeping me immobilized in the HOSPITAL. Telling me a WALKER would be okay, then the STAFF AT THE OUTPATIENT said I had to be WHEELED OUT TO THE CALL THE CAR in a WHEELCHAIR??? Why??? No crutches, just instructions to use a walker at home. THAT BASTARD, a 'cane is okay'??? Post op 9 days later he admonished me that I should have been on crutches!!!! He hadn't issued me any crutches!!!! HE WAS MOCKING ME!!! NOW GOOD LUCK GETTING THAT TISSUE AND MUSCLE BACK WHERE IT USED TO BE!!! I was in shock. The skin and the huge painful incision scar are PAINFUL still, because there was NO WAY FOR THE AREA TO HEAL PROPERLY and the SKIN IS SEPARATE FROM MY HIP MUSCLE!!!

Christina Booker's massage treatment was beyond thorough. She took the time to really work through areas that needed attention, and her demeanor was so genuinely sweet and calming that I felt completely at ease the entire time. Dr. Jeannie H. Chau is everything you could possibly want in a chiropractor and more. Her adjustments are thorough, quick, and honestly even fun thanks to her kind and upbeat personality. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. I walked out feeling like an entirely new person--looser, lighter, and so much better than when I came in. If you're looking for top-notch chiropractic care with an amazing team, Rainbow Chiropractic is the place.
