Waiting f ok r approvals or getting appointments has Ben ridiculous, because A) they are either severely backlogged, B) or understaffed, or C) they just don't care.. seems like I get a different answer Everytime I call. It's been over two months waiting on approval and they somehow lost my paperwork and it took over two months for them to submit request.. come January I'm outta there.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:45 a.m. I had already preregistered and arrived at 8:49 a.m. After paying my copay and waiting about 10 minutes, a front desk employee called my name to inform me that the staff wanted me to know there would be a significant wait because I was late. I was only four minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and I found the response unreasonable, especially considering that the registration process itself took additional time. The employee appeared to be new and needed assistance from another staff member, which further delayed the process. I drove through the rain and took time off work for this appointment, only to be told I would have to wait because other patients needed to be seen first. I was offered the option of returning at 2:30 p.m., which was not a reasonable solution, as it would require me to take additional time off work. I understand that delays happen in medical offices, but I would have appreciated better communication and a more compassionate approach. Another major concern is the lack of response from the billing department. I have called repeatedly over the past two to three weeks, left several voicemails requesting a return call, and have yet to hear back from anyone. This lack of communication is unacceptable. The condition of the waiting room is also concerning. The furniture is old, and the chairs sink in due to a lack of support, making it difficult for patients experiencing back pain or other pain conditions to sit comfortably and get back up. For a medical practice specializing in pain management, the seating should be appropriate for the patients being treated. Additionally, there is an unpleasant odor as soon as you walk in, which makes the environment feel unclean. Overall, my experience left me feeling that patient comfort, communication, and consideration for patients' time were not priorities. I expected a more professional and compassionate experience from a medical practice specializing in pain management. I plan to contact my referring provider to request a referral elsewhere. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements to the patient experience.

Wow! Wow! Wow! AMAZING!…read more Coming from a totally different experience with their sister office in Corona, I was very nervous to come to Synovation. Let me start with the fact that I was running late and could not find this place for the life of me and I was scared that they would make me reschedule. I called them and they were the best! They were telling me how to get there and I was perplexed to say the least. Marcella (the receptionist) and Erica (the nurse) were great! They went above and beyond. Erica asked what the make and color is of my car. Marcella stayed on the phone, while Erica went outside to see if she could see us and be a beacon for us. That was so awesome! She flagged us over and when I got inside, I was apologizing profusely and they assured that most people need help finding them. Marcella asked how to say my name (which is HUGE when people mispronounce your name all of the time) and that made happy. After being ushered to the room patiently (pain is an issue), Erica asked all of the necessary questions and at one point, I got emotional and she was very calming and sweet. She came over and gave me a safe, side hug and was very compassionate. I was absolutely taken with her kindness and understanding. As I was waiting for the Nurse Practitioner, I found myself much calmer than I was before. Then, Delisa came in and right away, I liked her. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and very well versed in her field! Delisa helped me to understand some of what is going on with my body and also started the appropriate treatments. She explained every step to me (none of that I'm the professional, just do it kind of attitude) and ASKED me if every step was okay, instead just telling me. REFRESHING! She definitely knows what she's doing and I left this office feeling hopeful, energetic and happy. Thank you Marcella! Thank you Erica! Thank you Delisa! You all should be commended for the work you do on a daily basis. It wasn't just me but even during my small wait in the waiting room, I saw the interaction with others and it was smooth and almost familial (which is what you want when you have to come to a doctor's office with regularity). Excellent! I look forward to my next visit.

Jana was super helpful in directing us as first-timers in the cryo chamber and suggested the PEMF treatment for my wife's ailments. Long short short, after 1 treatment, my wife expressed significant pain relief, and I could tell in her mobility that she was feeling more agile. We practice a holistic medical approach to our health care (which can be difficult) and are extremely happy to find CryoDen. The customer service was very personable, the pricing is reasonable, and the facility is clean. I am excited to see my wife's healing process progress for the better. While the cryo chamber wasn't my favorite, I decided to try it a few more times to see if I notice any benefit, keeping in mind that everyone will have a different experience. I am thrilled that my wife felt the benefits of cryotherapy immediately!
