Getting prescriptions filled always took a while, but now it's next to impossible. I called every day for a week, leaving messages, and received no call backs. I am now out of my medication and, as it's the weekend, I will have to wait until Monday. I currently have shingles and can't leave my house, or I would drive to the office and speak to someone directly. I was last in the office in October 2024. Scheduling appointments was two months out, even after a much needed follow up after an ER visit. I was told that they now only have one GP and one pediatric doctor on site, as well as a nurse practitioner. It's a shame because I really like the GP and NP. They listen and don't rush you through appointments. Sadly, I will be moving on.

Office visits are $105.00 cash. Not to long of a wait, was taken to a room for all preliminary stats. Dr enters we discuss what is needed and so forth for future care. We discussed that she would see me in 2 months and to continue my prescriptions. Go to the front desk, make an appointment for 2 months, got my orders for an X-ray. Waited till the following day, call the Pharmacy to find out they have no requests, try to call Dr office, no answer all afternoon, attempted to call next morning, still no answer and no orders at the pharmacy. Drive to the office " the pharmacy must have lost the request" following day get a portion of my prescriptions, back to the Dr office, resent again to pharmacy. Came up to needing refills, ordered thru pharmacy, multiple calls to Dr office, no answer. Drive again to the office "ok, I will let the meds team know" go the next day to Pharmacy missing 2 prescriptions. Call Dr office and someone actually answered, "you need to see the Dr before the prescription can be refilled". Why would you make a follow up appointment for 2 months and not refill the prescriptions?? Of course they have no answer, but to pay $105.00 or I can go to their Urgent Care for $85.00. I have since found another Dr that has office appointments for $75.00, very professional and helpful staff. Stay far away from Dr Koka

Focused and involved with you and your concerns. Great listener and engaged in the moment. My wife developed some issues with losing feeling in her hands. Dr. Hana stayed on the issue til the issue was corrected with very needed minor surgery. Now my wife has total use of her hands. Problem solver. We could not be happier.

What were we talking about?, I forgot what we were discussing?" This happened several times, and by this point I knew there was no solid communication and the doctor could not retain any information whatsoever. Then they stated they wanted to set up a sleep study, I aske the doctor " do I need to go to the other building (as it is just across the way) and set up an appointment?" There answer was NO, they informed me to come in at 8:30 PM on a weeknight and they would take care of it. I asked her if I needed to bring anything and she also replied NO. So, after a few days I just wanted to clarify again that I did not need to bring anything. I called Dr. Gupta's office, the receptionist took my birthdate and name and looked me up. She stated "no, I see you in here, you don't need to bring anything with you. I picked up someone to watch my house and dogs overnight, picked up a small dinner and showed up at 8:30pm. Immediately I was told by the nurse performing the sleep studies "you need an appointment, there is no room for you here tonight." I will give him credit, he profusely apologized and stated "I will send the main office a message for you and let them know what happened, I am very sorry." I was infurated by this point as I then had to take the person watching my home back to their house and pay them for their time. In the next days I received no phone call, no email, nothing. So I called the main office and all the lines were busy so I left a message stating I would like a call back. Still nothing. I wrote a formal complaint to Dr. Gupta, and what a surprise, no response! If you need to have a sleep study or have issues with Apnea or Narcolepsy, I would AVOID THIS DR'S OFFICE at all costs. There is absolutely no customer service and no care for their patients. It is not only a deplorable attitude but unprofessional on so many levels. The anthropocentric attitude and medacious behavior of the doctors there will not help you solve your issues. Beware!

They have rescheduled my appointment 3 times already because the dr left early or she had an emergency and they tell me this the day before. Neither the Doctor nor the front desk staff care about the urgency of your appointment. They schedule you weeks away only to cancel the day before.
