Personal Training:…read more I am incredibly fortunate to have found such an incredible personal trainer In Jennifer P. at GetUFit. Jennifer has transformed my perception of weight training from something intimidating to an empowering journey, particularly with functional strength training. Her profound knowledge in fitness, coupled with her patient and empathetic approach, has not only built my confidence but also guided me towards achieving my fitness goals. Beyond workouts, her nutritional guidance has been invaluable, making a holistic difference in my life. Massage: I have had the pleasure of receiving massages from both Lorna and Bejon. Both are very professional and experts in their craft. As a runner and a cyclist, I appreciate a good massage as a part of my recovery and ongoing body maintenance routine. While they are different in styles, they will both get you back to feeling your best. Jennifer has done a great job of finding two excellent masseuse's. Lorna: While I am sure she could do any style of massage that is requested of her, I always request a deep tissue sports massage. Lorna provides an excellent massage and is able to get down deep into the tissue and get rid of any knots that are there. I always feel very relaxed and loose after the session. Lorna provides an excellent traditional deep tissue massage. Bejon: He is a running coach and is very familiar with the needs of athletes. He practices a unique no-pain style. His massage feels very much like a Swedish style relaxation massage, but when he finds a knot or spasm, he is able to get it to release in a very gentle way. I have had countless massages over the years and I have never experienced anything quite like it. If you don't like a traditional deep tissue massage and the soreness that occurs the next day or so, but need some therapy to help with your training, I would highly recommend Bejon.

I was in my mid 40s and starting from absolute zero: I knew nothing about what exercises to try or how to use the various machines. I had only ever used a treadmill and exercise bike, but found them so boring that it was hard to stick with it. Thanks to Jennifer, I went from being apprehensive to looking forward to exercising for the first time! She walks me through each exercise, makes sure I do not re-aggrevate my old back and hip issues, and importantly, keeps each session fun. I am sadly only in the area for one semester, but working with Jennifer in this short time has not only transformed my health, but also my entire outlook on exercise!

I just gave birth last month, received my last compensation deposit as a surrogate and waiting to…read moredo it all over again :) I'll try to keep this short although I can write a whole book with all that I want to share. I started my process March 2018. I was very nervous at first and was reading documents over and over. However, my case manager made me feel really comfortable and was there with me throughout the process. She ensured I understood everything and gave me tons more information before and after every appointment. The pregnancy went by super quick. Being a surrogate is just magical. The Intended Parent's were awesome. We messaged each other after appointments, updates and shared cool things we did in our daily lives. The birthing was so rewarding. Everyone was so happy and there was a new tiny person on earth to bring Joy to Life. I am so grateful and still amazed how a little tiny person was created from two wonderful people and then transfered to grow in me.

I have never written a negative Google review in my life, but after more than two years with Joy of…read moreLife, I feel compelled to share our experience. If you are looking for a surrogacy agency that can provide a smooth and efficient journey, I would strongly recommend understanding their business model before choosing them. Unlike more established agencies that pre-screen and vet their surrogate database before presenting candidates, Joy of Life appears to find candidates only after you have started the process, meaning much of the due diligence happens afterward. In our experience, this resulted in an extremely long, stressful, and unnecessarily complicated journey. We went through numerous potential surrogates. One dropped out within days of interviews. Another completed a psychological evaluation that cost us approximately $800, only to withdraw the following day. When I told the agency I no longer wanted to continue because we had found suitable candidates elsewhere, despite not having signed a contract, the owner, Joy, told me that I would still have to pay the full agency fee. I later learned that other established agencies have very different policies and may refund the agency fee when they are unable to provide a surrogate willing and medically able to proceed. Another candidate failed to meet our clinic's requirements. Another went through examinations and profile review before unfortunately being involved in a car accident. We also had a candidate who appeared suitable but ultimately withdrew following a coordinator change, with the agency itself acknowledging that the transition had been poorly managed. When we finally proceeded with our eventual surrogate, the administrative and coordination issues continued. For a twin journey, the agency booked the wrong MFM appointment, which significantly delayed the process. They also struggled to arrange appointments with our clinic, despite telling us they had a coordinator who had previously worked there. Ultimately, I contacted the clinic directly and discovered that a required form simply had not been submitted. What should have been a straightforward process took months; at one point, it took approximately three months just to arrange a physical examination for the surrogate. The communication has been one of the most frustrating aspects. Joy herself was extremely difficult to reach and often unavailable, leaving us to communicate through staff for virtually everything. When you are paying a substantial agency fee for something as important and time-sensitive as a surrogacy journey, I believe you should be able to expect responsive communication, competent coordination, and clear ownership of the process. Ultimately, our surrogate went into extremely premature labor, and the journey was unsuccessful. I understand that pregnancy complications and medical outcomes cannot be controlled by an agency, and I would never blame Joy of Life for an unpredictable medical outcome. My criticism is about everything that happened around it: the repeated candidate withdrawals, lack of effective screening, administrative delays, poor coordination, and difficulty getting clear communication throughout the process. This experience has caused an enormous amount of unnecessary stress for both my husband and me over more than two years. Surrogacy is already an emotionally and financially demanding process. In my view, an agency should make that journey more manageable, not add another layer of uncertainty and stress. After everything we experienced, I would not choose Joy of Life again, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering them to compare their screening process, refund policy, coordinator structure, and communication standards with other established agencies before committing.

Dr. Lowry and his assistants insure that you are well informed about all of your options, before you begin any procedure and they explain each step of a procedure in great detail once you begin. They make you feel, as if you are part of their family and you have an immediate sense that your are in good hands. At numerous other dental offices in the past, I have been given poor advice and service, I have also unwittingly paid exorbitant prices and dentists have often failed to give me all of my options. I have complete trust in Dr. Lowry. I believe I can expect fair dental charges and I know that he will give me a full accounting of all my options. He is also careful to make my dental experience, as pleasant and painless, as is possible. His staff are also exceptional. His receptionist, Tamara, is a jewel and his assistants are equally kind and helpful. I have never considered a dentist to be my family dentist, as I have seldom gone to the same dentist more than once. But, Dr. Lowry is now our family dentist and i recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.

After visiting this week, I would definitely recommend this hearing aid office in the Loma Linda /…read moreSan Bernardino area to anyone looking for a hearing test or hearing aids, especially if you're helping a parent or senior with their first hearing aid. This place was recommended by my mom's doctor from Loma Linda University Health, and we were able to get an appointment much sooner than waiting through LLUH or other hearing clinics nearby. The location is a little tricky to find at first it's across the street from the old Souplantation near the I-10 W entrance but there's plenty of parking and an elevator, which made things easy. The office is on the second floor behind the restrooms, and the front desk staff was so kind and welcoming when we arrived. The provider was amazing and took the time to explain everything clearly, including the hearing test results and what to expect with my mom's first hearing aid. There was no pressure to buy anything, just honest advice and great recommendations on which hearing aid style would work best for her. Overall itwas a really positive experience, and the other good reviews are definitely true. If you're searching for a hearing aid provider near Loma Linda / Inland Empire, this is a great place. I'll be recommending them to friends and family for sure.
