The doctor wouldn't take my phone call....insisted on a tele-med appt which lasted 30 second and where is just prescribed something without asking any questions and quite obviously could have been done over the phone instead of a $225 30 second face to face. I paid the bill but the staff didn't properly credit my account. When I called to rectify the woman I spoke with actually yelled at me! For their mistake. Go elsewhere....there are plenty of good doctors with nice and competent staff.

Dr. Kastner listens to your concerns, provides relief in the chiropractic sessions, but also recommends stretches to do between visits to alleviate discomfort - and she had great expertise with care of pregnant and postpartum women. Horrible horrible visit. I arrived with acute back pain. Dr. Teytelbaum kept saying "you're in…read moreacute pain, that sucks" over and over. He did the least possible work on me, and then put a lukewarm heat pad on me with STIM. I was in and out in 25 minutes and the pain did NOT alleviate. I found his condescending and disrespectful. He seemed quite immature. Spoke to me like a defensive teenager. It was bizarre and unprofessional. My husband called his Physical Therapist who saw me later that evening and was able to give me great relief. I'm baffled by this experience as this office was recommended by my spine doctor, Dr. Lipp. Could never recommend this place. Ever. And, adding insult to injury, they billed me incorrectly, and thankfully, my insurance company is on my side and I'm addressing it with APRC NJ's third party billing department.

I was bummed that my mom was basically being FORCED to go to Kessler for reasons that I won't express here.. but the distance and reviews made me leery. Can I say that I'm SO happy this is where she landed. Thanking God for being all-knowing. She was here for a week and left thriving. Plenty of parking, very clean grounds (not an off scent to be found), staff was amazing and over the top friendly, top notch PT--beyond important, etc. etc. etc. I have to also give a shout out to a particular employee in particular, Tiyann. She assisted us in our departure from beginning to end. My mom had a lot of stuff and it would be difficult to maneuver all of that and her dealing with limited mobility. She got bags for her stuff, a cart to help transfer the bags to the car, helped re-organize my trunk to get my mom's wheelchair to fit.. and she did it all with a smile! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is dealing with a spinal injury (that's the floor that she was on). This is not what customer service is about. We are calling for help and assistance and need to speak to people with kindness, patience and understanding. My Dr. spends about 2 minutes with me in my follow up visits. I'm in pain, can't walk, and am pretty angry about this. On Feb 13th, 2023 I had a total knee replacement (TKR). Prior to the surgery I researched where to…read morego for PT. I was referred to Rob Rob O'Connell at Summit Physical Therapy, by both other medical professionals and several friends. I started two weeks post surgery and and have made a lot of progress. Recovery from TKR is difficult, but going to Summit PT twice a week has given me both confidence and comfort that I'm progressing and eventually will be back to myself - an active 68 year old. I've been a health professional for 40 years and have had physical therapy for various orthopedic and sports conditions, and by far Summit PT is the best. The center is bright, welcoming and immaculate. When I'm there, I see not only how Rob works with me, but how the other therapists work with their patients as well: they are hands on, attentive and 100 % engaged with the people they are helping. I highly recommend Summit Physical Therapy.
