I guess if you're not looking to supply an entire build's worth of furniture your business is not important to these resellers and that reflects poorly on Steelcase since they don't sell a lot directly. It's also crazy that they don't offer free shipping as there is likely more than enough margin built into the products and their bulk shipper discount accounts with the shipping couriers to cover this. In an economy where businesses and banks are folding by the day, maybe you should reconsider that before it's too late.

The first one she purchased on Saturday evening didn't end up working, and she bought two pens for her kids that had arms that moved. One of the kid pens broke overnight. So, we visited here twice while staying at the comfort inn across the way (super bad customer service there, btw). Oh well. Customer service was stupendous at Office Max though, we had an older gentlemen as our cashier and he was beyond patient with us and our exchanges, for another charger and another kid's pen. Plus, he helped us open the store door when it was still locked. D'oh.

I would gladly change my review to five stars, but the copy machines in the self-serve area are horrendous. They sit there "thinking" about how much my copies cost, and remind you of the price between every single copy. It'd be fine if you were making a single copy, but for anything more substantial I go to Staples, even though it's considerably more expensive. My time is valuable!
