During cleaning I had to continually point out to the workers where they had missed dirt on the windows. I believed my windows were clean but when the sun moved to the other side of the house I noticed more streaks and unclean windows. (See pictures) I emailed K&T with photos. They did not address the unclean windows and told me I had inspected work and signed the customer satisfaction form. I asked to have the dirty windows recleaned but never heard back.

In pursuit of a squirrel, my cat pushed through a tiny hole in my upstairs bathroom screen, until only the rounded curve of his back, his legs and tail were on the inside of the screen. A funny sight, but, of course, now, from the second floor, the huge, gaping hole posed a danger, not to mention which my Landlord would probably not be too happy to find this now huge hole! Only 9 miles from the center of Hilltop, where I live, and 5 miles from Drexel in Bexley, they are very conveniently located. Usually, they make home visits to clean windows, pressure wash homes and roofs, clean concrete, clean decks, clean dryer vents, and repair and replace screens, among other cleaning and repair type services. In this case, I took my screen window to them. They are a small business, I believe they are family-owned, they provide extremely competitive and reasonable quotes, and they care about their customers. Micrin, the owner, heads a bright, engaging team of employees. Carmen and Deidre were the two who helped me. They are proud of the quality of their work! Go elsewhere. Cleaning was mediocre. I purchased the 4 man hours for $99 (aka 2 people for 2 hours). They did a good job on the obvious parts, like bathtub and toilet and countertops but I felt like they missed a lot of minor things. I didn't notice till after the fact that they never wiped the inside of the bathroom cabinet (it was oily and greasy) and some of the kitchen and bedroom cabinets were dusty/had dirt in them. This was a completely empty house with no furniture and was intended as a pre move in cleaning. It really seemed like they didn't do that much in 4 hours. I actually think they left 15 miI also asked if they would wipe the floors with a vinegar water mixture (I provided the vinegar) instead of their cleaner to reduce the smoke odor from previous tenants and they did not.
