After doing some of the additions of chemicals myself I ran into a final "block" so I went to Leslie's and met Connors who basically took me by the hand and led me step by step into the final "bout" with my water & cleaning residue. It worked to perfection, all he told me to do I did and the water has never been this beautiful. Working with Connor was a pleasure and his follow-up is indicative of his professionalism. Original layout was wrong, not following the plan, had to be redone. Most of the work was done by sub-contractors who lacked the ability to do the job correct.
