There are no pushy sales people to deal with which is a big plus. The office staff has always been courteous and helpful. They also have some of the most beautiful Koi fish I have ever seen in their pond. I only wish they were open on Saturdays. Nothing ever breaks on my pool until they are closed for the weekend. :)

Instead of addressing my concerns, I was told that I should have spoken to the owner before posting a review, despite the owner not being present at the time of the incident. Customers have every right to share their experiences and I'm sure he is a proponent of free speech. Even though I sympathize with the employee who was clearly having a bad day, we've all had difficult days at work. Most of us still do our best to provide good service, and when that's not possible, the professional thing to do is step away, regroup, or politely excuse yourself rather than take it out on customers. Everyone deserves grace, but professionalism and courtesy should still be expected. Thankfully, there are other pool service providers in the area. I would have gladly reconsidered my review if the conversation had been handled professionally and respectfully. Do better.

From the searching and looking for the right size, finding the right design, choosing the perfect package, going through with the purchase, having my pool installed and having the pump added as well as instructions and how to's, I couldn't have asked for a better team! I was so skeptical after previous reviews and even wanted to cancel for fear that my install would take forever and not be completed, but Ryan, my sales rep, assured me that everything would be ok. From the time I walked in, he wasn't pushy, he didn't throw anything on me and he always left the decision up to myself after providing me with the options. I can't speak for everyone else, but he was great. He referred me to Glenn, an installer, and not only did he call me in less than an hour of receiving my information, but he came out the next day to personally introduce himself and take a look at my property to know what was needed so he would be prepared. Not only did this establish a relationship, but it speaks volumes when it comes to customer service. His team was here the entire time and completed the job in one day. There was a little rain during the process, but this didn't prevent them from making sure our 21' above ground was installed as promised. My wife immediately contacted the sales manager who said he would correct the problem. It took over a week for the tech to return with the missing part but not with the top glass protector ring.
