This was an almost 10k job and now we having it redone. I called numerous times to speak with owner leaving messages each time with zero return calls. Last call I asked his office personnel if he got my message and her response was "I dont know" and my response was " you have taken the message each time I've called so you should know". This company came highly recommended but unfortunately I would give a zero if that were an option. So steer clear of this company and save yourself grief and cash!!!

They deliver personal & professional service with a smile every time I call or stop by. They even let me pay my bill over the phone. This is a family run business that treats me like family each and every time I go there. I like being able to deal directly with the designer who is also the owner. There are no pushy sales people to deal with which is a big plus. The office staff has always been courteous and helpful. They also have some of the most beautiful Koi fish I have ever seen in their pond. I only wish they were open on Saturdays. Nothing ever breaks on my pool until they are closed for the weekend. :)

After one more attempt that resulted in the washer drain backing up in the laundry room, I called Superior. The Superior Plumbing team came to our home to clear out our drainage system and arrived on time, as promised. They made an attempt to clear the line and found the line was still plugged with grease and lint. Instead of telling us what needed to be done and going to another call, they told us what needed to be done and went to get the tools they needed to finish the job. Called and made an appointment. I was told an arrival window of 12-4p but would receive a phone…read morecall prior. Around 8a I received a call and asked if they could send the plumber. I said sure and two plumbers arrived approximately 15 minutes later. Upon first diagnosis, I was told this was out of their scope of work and I could be put in contact with someone else outside of American Plumbing. Then, I was asked for the $65 service fee. Please note that there is a 3% credit card fee that they do not tell you about when you schedule the service. They also accept cash and check. Luckily, I had a check. After the plumber went to his truck and spoke to his supervisor on the phone, I was informed that his supervisor instructed him to perform a drainage check. However, he did not have the correct tool so he left and returned. The drainage check cost $225 and turned up nothing. Again, I was informed that the scope of work is out of their wheelhouse (even though I explained the expected issue over the phone). The plumbers themselves (although seems as though one was just a shadowing apprentice) were nice and tried to find the issue. The company though, should be clearer about payment terms and using the information from the client and plumber onsite to determine if services can be rendered and not continue to perform work just for the money. Honestly, I would not use this company again, but am not discouraging others from giving them a try.

The same cost as the heater itself, which is being replaced for free under warranty. Additionally, Terry refused to do any further work until I removed this review. Which isn't going to happen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, FIND A BETTER PLUMBER.
