Hope others have the same opportunity to cater to a great family run hardware store, which has earned once again, in my personal opinion, my time to write another review. I have bought everything I have needed this year at Waseca Ace, to include my lawnmower, blower, garden tools, Milwaukee's best garage tools, and a very cool mini chainsaw made by Stihl my mother in law made me jealous of. I especially appreciate the technical savvy of John in the back, who has also fixed one of my mowers I bought used elsewhere - in record time. Cam, the manager, is always quick to greet you and give you the support you need. There is a very positive vibe here, with a great deal of respect for the customer that actually makes shopping very pleasant. As a former member of law enforcement, I also appreciate a store I can trust, that is both honest, and will make things right if heaven forbid someone should ever make a mistake in their lifetime, as it appears they corrected in a review very graciously. As a veteran, I also appreciate the 10% discount, thank you.

But When the big box store doesn't have what I need, these guys do. I needed special hardware (hardware is like nuts and bolts) and these guys were the only ones in town who had it. On another occasion I was looking for a vest with a hood, these guys were the last place I went(obviously as they had what I wanted) I went to Tractor Supply, Menards, Home Depot, and Mills Fleet Farm and none of them had what I was looking for. Yes I could of ordered it online but would rather not. I purchased bibs, a winter work coat, boots(once and never again, my work gives me a slip to buy boots) fleece lined jeans. Ect.
