The one I found was $135 which is pretty good for a winter jacket. I might look for something for my mom here but that's about it.

If you like to wear more unique brands, this store carries lines from New York and L.A., including Line & Dot, Anlo and Yumi Kim. The quality is fantastic - luscious, cozy, elegant fabrics and designs - sexy & sophisticated, inspired by more than a hint of Paris, and most of the pricing is reasonable, although there are a few higher-end price tags about the store. Ribkoff's clothes are expensive but great materials and flattering cuts make purchasing his designs a great investment. In addition to all things Ribkoff, She Matters carries accessories such as jewelry, bags and even hats. Jewelry is mostly silver, but you can find occasional gold pieces and beautiful enamel bracelets.

Located just south of the Edmonton city cemetery and literally behind (north) of Oliver Square. It can be a little tricky to find the first time. I have friends that have found some fabulous treasures here in the clothing liquidations but I haven't found that hidden Easter Egg yet. The layout is kinda like a thrift store but way less organized. You need time when you come here to sort and sift through the garbage to find the gems. Also, sign up for their email online for advance notice of sales and coupons. It's a fun little liquidation warehouse but it could be improved significantly with better organization and layout.

I loved the tree at the entrance to the store used to display local jewellery! I found most of the clothing a little out of my price range - but many beautiful pieces none the less. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous little change purse after drooling over dozens and dozens of items. I have this really bad habit of buying something every time I go in - but how can I resist such lovely things? You can find purses here at many price points: e.g. Big Buddha (nice vegan bags) starting at around $80-ish, Christopher Kon (a montreal designer) at around $340-ish, as well as Kenneth Cole, Matt by Matt & Nat, etc. Also lots of jewelry at very reasonable prices: e.g. harriet grey, Betsy Johnson, kiko (a local designer). They also carry shoes, but I have yet to purchase those. The girls are very pleasant and friendly - I always enjoy shopping here and have warm fuzzy feelings by the time I leave the store (or it could just be the new purse/necklace/earrings I've just purchased....)

This mall is really underrated. There are not one, but two record stores, a small but adequate food…read morecourt, a cafe, a couple of clothing stores, an African store with really cool jewelry and clothes, a New Age store, and an anchors like Shopper's Drug Mart and Safeway. The latter is one of the biggest, brightest Safeways I have ever visited. Accessible from outside entrances are a cannabis shop and Liquor Depot. There's a mostly older demographic, as well as kids from nearby schools, but there's pretty much everything someone would need in terms of essentials, as well as a few out off the way surprised, like the music stores.

The mall is the old style of one long line of stores but it does offer a decent selection of stores and there's also a bowling alley in the basement too which is fun if you need a break from shopping! Since they were full of volunteers, we had some time to kill before going back. We went to a few stores including HMV (found some great deals with gift merchandise marked down), Carlton Cards, and Shoppers Drug Mart. There's not much for women's clothing stores though, but there seems to be a good number of jewelry stores. They also have kiosks and vendors in the middle of the mall who are selling their goods. We ate in the food court and not a lot of selection but there's always available seating and it's clean as I see the staff wiping tables and taking away trays. There are also anchor stores including Safeway and Sears. Upstairs of the mall there are a few organizations that have their offices here so you can go to a meeting and shop in the same place! Not a mall that I'll find everything I'm looking for, but has some good shops that I can find some good buys.
