What a Beautiful Spa!…read more My friend and I came here for her birthday celebration. We did not get a service, instead we just got a 'day' pass which was 59$ for each of us. We wanted to get a manicure, but their nail girl was out for the week, sadly. The spa is on the 3rd floor. We came on a Friday so parking was not free. We did self park and paid 10$. Upon reaching the 3rd floor, the elevator doors opened and you reach an oasis! The music is so calming, and the room lobby/lounge area had an amazing aroma of eucalyptus as a diffuser was going. Upon our arrival at the front desk, we were asked if we wanted some coffee, tea, or water. We chose tea and water and were shown to the amenities. The spa is beautiful and very clean. There were a few other women there relaxing but it did not hinder our experience. We stayed till about 8:30 pm as the locker rooms closed at 9pm. Towards the end, we were the only ones there which was very relaxing. There are separate men's and women's locker rooms which have the sauna, and steam room included in each. There is a communal health center like a gym, and yoga room around the corner. The whole 3rd floor is for the spa, so you can walk around and do the loop which is pretty neat. The Lounge area was beautiful. There were lots of snacks, drinks, and goodies laid out on a table. This included fruit infused water, coffee, tea, fruit, etc. we enjoyed an orange and an apple. We also asked for some Prosecco, which was completely complementary and amazing! Although we did not use the gym or yoga area, it was very organized and looked very clean. Inside the locker rooms are the bathrooms, a small lounge area, a vanity area, lockers, showers, sauna, and steam. All of these amenities were amazing. We used the sauna first, then steam, then shower. After our shower we sat in our robes and did our hair as well as lotions and creams. Provided were hair brushes and combs, hair dryers, flat iron, shaving cream, q-tips, cotton pads, mouthwash and more. Overall, I have very little to complain about this spa. It is definitely 5 stars and has a 5 star price tag too. We were told the health club was open 24/7 but the locker rooms closed at 9pm. This was a little confusing as it didn't look like they could close the locker rooms without closing the gym. There was seemingly no other restroom on that floor other than the locker rooms. The sauna was hot. Like really hot. Which I loved. Most spa's that I go to have a sauna, but it is never hot enough to get an actual sweat. This sauna made me sweat so fast and it was so relaxing. Same with the steam room, it was hot, steamy, and smelled of essential oils! The showers were nice but the water pressure was horrible. I give this spa 5 stars, but here are a few things I think could have been mitigated as there is always room for improvement. Other than this spa being seemingly flawless, I digress... We were told that the locker rooms closed at 9pm and that around 8:30pm, they would begin to clean up the spa to close at 9pm. Which was fine, we planned to be out by 8:30pm. Around 7pm which was 2 hours away from closing, the staff were cleaning the locker rooms/spa area. Lugging around a large sack for soiled towels and just doing normal closing/cleaning tasks. It was just a little uncomfortable having someone clean while you are trying to relax. I understand doing some light picking up throughout the day if guests leave empty cups but they did not pick up empty dishes, just cleaned and lugged out soiled laundry. There was also an ice water jug in the locker rooms that you could get water from to drink. This was empty so every-time we wanted more water, we had to leave the locker rooms and go out into the main area to get water which was a little annoying. While they were in there cleaning I'm just wondering why they chose to not fill up the water but clean up other items instead? Like I said, this spa was seemingly flawless so these are minor, minor mitigations. Other than these small flukes. This place was a dream and I will definitely be coming back for yoga!

With my treatment, I choose an aromatherapy designed to stimulate the chakras and they use warm weighted neck pillows to help soften the muscle tension in addition to light pressure techniques. The front desk staff is usually very nice about getting you checked in and ready to go for your appointment. The waiting room is usually clean and calm, and has a selection of water and tea to drink while you wait. Because of the layout of the facility, you can sometimes overhear other customers and therapists in your massage room, but it generally doesn't bother me. It is sometimes a pain to book, because they only allow scheduling over the phone and hold times can take forever. You usually have to schedule a few weeks out if you're looking for a specific person and/or a specific time. I have had one or two instances where I tried a new person and requested lots of pressure and the therapist did not meet my expectations, but management is good about addressing issues and following up to underwhelming massages. I have been working with Ben for over a year and he is the BEST. He deserves 10 stars. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck and he always finds the right spots to provide me with relief. He is great at finding places I didn't even know I could hold tension either, and he is the only massage therapist I have had where I actually enjoy carrying on a conversation. Every interaction is very pleasant, and I wish I could come more than once a month!

On the morning of our spa day, I received a text to complete an intake survey, which my sister and I separately completed prior to our arrival. We weren't sure where to park, so we parked in the closed hospital lot across the street with no issues. Though they had just opened and we were the first appointment, everything was ready for us and Jennifer could not have been nicer, greeting us, and leading us to the changing room where we received robes and slippers to change into for our services. The foot spa room was smaller but large enough for both of us to relax comfortably. The foot soak was OUT OF THIS WORLD! The extractions were not so fun, but the results were fantastic- my face was so soft and glowing, even a couple days later.
