I brought the items plus the QR code to the FedEx store. They scanned the QR code, and printed the return label, then told me that I needed, the original packaging to return the items. This is never been a requirement before. Instead of acting with service orientation and providing me a box to complete the transaction, they said that they would have to charge me for any and all packaging so disappointing that they didn't use this opportunity to educate me and also help me.I won't plan to use the store ever again.

This UPS Store has all of the positive attributes you look for: centrally located, friendly, efficient, patient, helpful, and, surprisingly, quick. They were well staffed and, I'm happy to report, everyone both behind the counter as well as the customers were wearing face masks! A couple of more things: This may not be the closest UPS Store to where you are but I would definitely recommend you consider them. I mentioned the location is great but forgot to point out there is plenty of parking. It is located right off a major road in Hilliard with traffic lights on two sides of the shopping center. (I know, that probably seems like a silly thing to mention, but it really makes getting in and out much easier and, if you are like some people that I know and love, you'll feel much more comfortable driving in and out at a light rather than having to time your exit across a few lanes.) Plus there are a lot of other great businesses around including a Kroger, Arby's, a sub shop, a Chinese restaurant, and, at the end, a motor vehicle and driver license bureau so can kill (more than!) two birds with one stone. :-)

You drop by any store location, enter your code, and you're on your way. It's all self-service and easy peasy. Well, it's normally easy - until tonight. I walked into the store and headed straight for the kiosk. It kept giving me an error message and told me to see a team member. When I approached the lady working, she seemed completely disinterested in helping me. When I explained the situation, she continued to ask me unnecessary questions - I actually don't think she understood how the printing worked. But instead of saying that, she honestly just acted like a B. At one point - I shit you not - she told me (almost yelling at me) to stay behind the counter. What did she thinkin was going to do? Way to treat me like a terrorist, lady. But then all of a sudden, her tone changed. It was around the same time when she discovered my account was in Yelp's name. Maybe it was a coincidence, but the same lady who was awful a few minutes later - suddenly became sweet as pie. So I don't know... this whole experience was strange. But in the end, though, I got what I needed.
