Beverages: 5/5. Over the course of 4 hours, with copious amounts of water, I sampled the Tequila Mockingbird, the Sparkling Hugo, and the Blackberry Whiskey Sour. All were solid, but I think I have to give it to the Hugo. Direct, refreshing, and the perfect cocktail for a warm sunny day. Service: Uncle Phil and the young male bartender Saturday night shift (sorry bro, forgot your name) are hella Dope. Met the owners too. All around good vibes. Ambiance: 5/5. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Epic. Probably the only time in my life where I sat down at a bar and chatted with really cool peeps for hours.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Say less. Looking forward to returning for the live Jazz.

Evolve Distilling is a hidden gem nestled in an industrial center in Claremont. This craft distillery is helmed by husband-and-wife duo Steve and Rena Juliar, whose passion for quality and innovation shines through in every spirit they produce--each one meticulously crafted in-house. I sampled a tasting flight that included lemoncello, orangecello, coconut rum, dark rum, and strawberry liqueur. The orangecello stood out with its bold citrus-forward profile and was the clear favorite. I couldn't leave without a bottle of it--and I also picked up their award-winning coffee liqueur, perfect for my espresso martini-loving friends. Cheers.

Randomly came here on a Friday night after looking for something new to try. Live only 10 minutes away and I will most definitely be back. The white Hokkaido was amazing. The quality of our drinks and customer service was 10/10. Thank you!!

Their craft cocktails are next-level, and the bartenders are masters of their craft--creative, skilled, and passionate about great cocktail making. Friendly service rounds it all out.

What a damn gem this place is. I love it. The bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly and they have a lot of my favorite go tos on tap!? Like what!? I still think to this day, they have the best "draft" espresso martini out there. Give em a go! And don't be disappointed

Do you by chance allow dogs inside?

We do indeed. We love dogs! As long as they are well behaved.

Would kids be allowed if we're stopping through on our way to or from LA?

No, I am sorry but you must be 21 to enjoy our tasting room.

Had the Mt Baldy Gin which was subtle with the expected conifer-esque botanicals, but not overpowering!

We absolutely love this place and decided to come for our anniversary. I'll preface this by saying…read morethe food taste was amazing, like always. But some shady charges or maybe we'll call it miscommunication just rubbed me the wrong way. I always order the mole chicken enchiladas and my wife (being vegetarian) asks for the same dish but if the enchiladas can be vegetable or cheese. Apparently this means a 8$ up charge? We've done this many times in the past and always been charged the same price for both. I asked the server at the end "the veggie version is 8$ more expensive than chicken?" And he just shrugged and said yes. Just found it interesting that a meat dish would be 8$ less than a purely cheese/veggie dish. Especially since done this in the past with no issue. I also asked for "hot sauce" for my dish. They brought out a spicier house salsa as the hot sauce...totally understandable and the salsa here is usually free. Apparently it's a 4$ "chipotle sauce" that the waiter did not inform me would be charged. I would've easily just said I want tapatio or no "hot sauce". I used maybe a teaspoon for 4$. I told the waiter this when we questioned the bill and he just shrugged. These may seem like small inconveniences but when they seem like they intentionally don't tell you the details and then when called out about it just kinda shrug it off, it was a disappointing end to an otherwise tasty dinner. We love it here and will certainly be back but it just sucks that I have to be extra cautious & skeptical when ordering from now on.
