As a registered nurse (RN) and someone whose mother had her thyroid removed at 27, I just knew something was off. I even wrote a book on optimizing thyroid function because I went so deep into the rabbit hole trying to fix this on my own. But despite clean eating, dedication, and endless research, the exhaustion never lifted. Then I came across Regenics at the LA Fit Expo and decided: this is the year I get answers. I signed up for the full lab panel -- and one result changed everything: ferritin. As a nurse, we never check ferritin (your backup iron stores) in the hospital.
