Having the flexibility to work out whenever works best for my schedule is a huge plus. The gym is also extremely clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference. One of my favorite features is the shower room. It's not just a couple of showers tucked into a corner -- you actually get a private, comfortable shower room, which is incredibly convenient when I'm heading straight to work after my workout. The privacy and convenience are something I really value. You definitely get what you pay for here. The equipment, cleanliness, 24-hour access, and overall experience make the membership well worth it. On top of that, the owners are genuinely amazing and clearly care about their members and the gym. If you're someone who likes to work out early, needs flexibility, or wants a clean gym with great amenities and privacy, I highly recommend this place. Ryan is a great boxing coach and even without a ring he makes the boxing experience worth it but boxing with no boxing ring is definitely a bummer specially when it comes to sparring. I feel like it was a huge mistake to put equipment that people hardly use and taking off the ring which is what people look forward in boxing and the experience of hitting mitts, drills and sparring with coach Ryan. I really hope they bring back the gym because I've seen the other self made gym and they all have a ring.

There is plenty of street parking nearby, although it's worth paying attention to the posted parking restrictions if you're attending an early morning class. I booked a reformer class through ClassPass and arrived about 10 minutes early since it was my first visit. The waiver was easy to complete online ahead of time, and as with most Pilates studios, grip socks are required. The studio itself is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The reformers are positioned along one side of the room facing the mirrors, and the mint green color palette gives the space a fresh, calming feel. Even the weights match the aesthetic, and they also provide ankle weights for class. One of the highlights of my experience was the instructor, Melissa C. She has such a soothing voice and creates an environment that feels both welcoming and motivating. I also appreciated that she keeps classes fresh and engaging, so even if you attend multiple times a week, you won't feel like you're repeating the same workout. The reformers themselves are top-of-the-line and made for a very comfortable experience. Another thing that stood out to me was the sense of community. Even as a newcomer, I felt welcomed the moment I walked through the door. You could tell that many of the members had built relationships with one another, creating a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. At the moment, my work schedule makes ClassPass the most practical option for me, but if I were committing to a studio membership, Form and Flow would definitely be near the top of my list. The instructor strikes the perfect balance between slow, intentional movement and challenging exercises, and I left class feeling stronger, energized, and excited to come back. If you're looking for a studio with excellent instruction, a welcoming community, and a beautiful space, Form and Flow is absolutely worth checking out

She used more of the other instruments and I wish she used more of the reformer. Ambiance: So aesthetic and clean inside! I was complimenting to the front desk staff about how beautiful it looked inside. There were some merch on one side and cubbys on the other side of the entrance. When you go inside the pilates area, One side is a reformer side and the other are mats because they also have mat pilates classes. Overall, this might be my new go to pilates class!
