They came the next morning and inspected both, the oven needed a part and the LG we were told was not worth repairing. He could have replaced the compressor knowing the fridge wouldn't last but he was honest and said not to waste the money. They overnighted the oven part and came immediately and it works like new again. And now we have a new Bosch refrigerator too. Kudos to Evolution for treating senior citizens like family.. DO NOT USE THESE GOUGERS!!!! Would have given zero stars if possible. I called out this company to repair an in wall coffee maker. It was repaired in two stages. The first time Brian , the owner , came out , he did virtually nothing other than assess it at $150. It needed a filter change and some minor rerouting of the tubing. The coffee maker itself could be replaced for $182 on eBay. He fixed it , or so we think , and charged me an additional $503 on top of the $150!!! Price gougers!!!!. Brian and his team are fantastic! They offer same day service and are very friendly and polite to work with. The tech that repaired our washing machine not only explained the issue to me in layman terms so we could prevent the leak from happening again, but also gave me some good general advice on how to maintain the overall performance of our machine. Evolution Appliance just gave me free advice. Literally. My Samsung refrigerator could not be rolled away from the wall. And the door would not close properly. Nor would an interior shelf remain seated. They determined that the refrigerator must have been delivered damaged. Brian, the owner, felt that he hadn't accomplished anything and did not charge for his time. He also said he'll send me an inspection report that I can share with Costco (where I bought the refrigerator). Guess who I'll be calling the next time I need an appliance repair company? I was referred to Evolution Appliance Repair by Fridgidaire as one of the company's that repairs my dryer. I received a quick appointment by a courteous representative. The repairman was Brian. He was very professional and experienced. What I like the most is that he let me know what the problem was in detail and provided the rate before repairing my dryer, and cleaning the dryer inside out as a part of the repair. Brian has always been on time, he actually waited for us to get to the storage place. He fixed our refrigerator and our stove. The charge for the refrigerator was fair and the stove he did for free. He has also come to our house and fixed our refrigerator. I think the world of Brian, he doesn't deserve but a five star rating. I would recommend his business without a doubt. Brian responded so quickly to my SOS and came the very next day (Saturday). He didn't try to up-sell me or exaggerate the issue. He vacuumed out the flint in my dryer and reassured me my house wouldn't burn down. Would definitely use his services again (though hopefully I won't have to). read more

Just don't do it. Brian is a polite guy but other than that pretty terrible. I thought it was weird, but didn't take the clue, but when he first came over he didn't give me an estimate form. Afterward, it was not a pleasant experience. Brian never came on time and every time he is late, he never notify me of being late. I would have to text him or call him. He also seems to put me at the end of his day, and tries to fit me in. Which end up with him either coming without certain supply or forgot to bring something. In the end, he broke my refridge which he was suppose to fix by burning a part by accident. Afterward, he tried to accommodate by offering me a much lesser refridge which I told him I would only want a refridge that is at least 28" (mine was 31.7"). He told it was and sent to to a place to look at it which ended up being a 22" dirty and has ding, oh I forgot I'm suppose to still pay $500 for it. After rejecting the idea, I told him to come up with a price where he can take my refridge and pay me for a price that he think is reasonable. (By the way all the repair parts, compressor and chip board, is covered by my refridge warranty. From there, he is nowhere to be heard. Also not once did I display anger or was pushy. I kept an open mind about the whole process and he disappoints us by dispearing. Last comment, this went on for 3 weeks. The repair is to replace a warranty covered compressor. read more
