Because Mars Hill Realty does not do business there. There's no property management that I trust more than Mars Hill Realty. We were absolutely heartbroken at losing the first space, but Darren did not disappoint and went to work searching for another space for our business to call home. Within a week, he set up another viewing for a great little retail property and now, about a month later, our lease is signed and we are planning on moving in over the next few weeks after some basic build-outs are taken care of.
