I've had to call EVgo systems several times and usually am satisfied with them rebooting the charging station. But, I have to say I'm getting less enchanted with the fast charging station at the Nissan on Van Ness in SF. It seems to start up then keep reloading after I walk away. Leaving me with no charge after leaving it for 30 mins. I can't get too excited because we are so lucky to have many options to charge in the city. I like this area because it is actually quiet and there are outlets right on the table. The wi fi is easy to access and is not slow. There are available study rooms to reserve. I would not suggest reserving one if you are looking for a quiet space (in case it does get loud in the main area) because the walls are thin and you can hear others speaking in the rooms next to you. I'd say that it is good to reserve for a group study session or if you need a whiteboard with the necessary dry erase markers. The location is really good because it's within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants in case you need to grab a coffee before starting to study or need to take a break and get something to eat. I thought I was cool. For some reason I was drawn to the piece of art at the end of the aisle on the wall. Someone had made little square origami pieces out of recycled comic-book pages, with a pebble in the middle of each square. What a creative idea that was. I don't talk to anyone because I do not have social skills. I was looking for a Harry Potter book, and the location pointed me to the first floor, where the children's books are (that was the only time I went into that section). I was never much of a reader. But within the last two years I have read so many books (30-40 books is a lot for me, okayyyy). Now I cannot go a day without reading a book. The restrooms are really clean--really, really clean. I used to dry my hands by waving them quickly through the air dryer. Now I go very slowly, as if my car is going through the last part of an automatic car wash, where the car moves slowly so the dryer can gently push the water away.

Good memories. Despite this, I didn't get THAT many stares. It's in a busy area, many such cases with almost everywhere in the Bay Area, but generally there's plenty of parking in the plaza if you park and walk just a bit in. But because of the crowds, I've seen trash flowing from the trash cans before walking in, trash on the shelves, the restrooms being a tad grosser than what I would have liked, and it being more disorganized. Maybe it's because it's during Memorial Day weekend as I don't have that much of an issue when it's at any other time or, usually, much later at night. Selection is normal, but can get limited. I remember one time we needed packs of water bottles and they only had those tiny half ones for kids. Prices are normal like any other Target, just make sure to use your app.
