Most of the chargers are 250kw except the last few located closer towards the Factory. Environment: Busy! There were so many cars waiting for a charger. The line got long pretty fast and is located right in front of the Sales Center. There were several times where the line blocked the flow of traffic as well as open parking spots near the chargers. A lot of times, drivers would go around the line to drive all the way in an attempt to find open chargers only to find out there were none and they had to back their cars out; that's why there's a line! Yay/Nay/Meh: Meh. If you want to charge up, be patient and line up. Hopefully, a spot will free up soon. It would be a lot more convenient if the chargers were located elsewhere with more spots. That way, people won't have to compete with those waiting for normal parking spots.

I have gone here before for my key fob but not for my car battery. I walked in and the gentleman at the counter immediately helped me and confirmed my battery would need replacement. He quickly found the battery I needed and sent out another co-worker to start the installation. And once we were done at the register he went to help with installation. I was out of there in 20 mins and my car started! I should have got their names but I was in a slight state of panic I didn't ask or look. If the manager or owners of this business is reviewing this please know that the two guys working on this date and around this time (because I immediately came home and wrote this review) are top notch and deserve any bit of reward they can receive. The chargers provide decent charging speeds, filling the vehicle fairly quickly, and it costs about $0.55 per kWh. This location is open 24/7 and has an on-site trash can. The main disappointment is that there are no restrooms or snack options. The nearest place to get food is on Irving Street, about 2 blocks away, but by the time you walk even to get coffee, your charge should be complete, and you might incur idling fees. But it doesn't work too good if your phone is inside a protective case. I forgot my charger, so I wanted to see if O'Reilly's had any. I walked in and asked a young man at the counter. He walked me over to the section and pointed at the rack. He told me about the charger that worked well for him. Very nice customer service. I got a charger for $26. About the same as Amazon. Found out I needed to check my coolant. Found the nearest auto place to me to avoid any damage due to prolonged driving. The staff were helpful and friendly. As I was purchasing the coolant they advised me to wait at least thirty minutes as a safety measure for the car to cook down and the coolant not explode from the combustion. A nearby Pupusas restaurant was recommended. How timely considering I hadn't eaten. I seem to be notorious for leaving the house on an empty stomach or having very little before leaving home. Anyhoo, Josiah an associate walked me to the Pupusa which was very close but I wasn't too familiar with the area. I ate, returned to the store and Josiah put the coolant in for me. This is THE best place to charge your EV!…read more Located on the heart of San Francisco, this easy to get to charge station, is truly perfect. You enter, ( it's one way) and pull into one of the open spaces ( there's at least 12), click your card, and charge away! These are all fast level three chargers, and they reasonably priced. The entire building is immaculately clean, and if you don't want to hang in your car while it's charging, there's an enclosed lobby, where you can sit and enjoy some quiet time, grab a snack from the vending machine, or get some last-minute things done on your phone or laptop. Once you're done, and you head out of the exit, it's a one-way street, so it makes it easy to jump back into the thick of the San Francisco streets!
