These Tesla Superchargers are located in Best Buy plaza. These Superchargers are old and slow. I was charging at 69kWh max. I didn't wanted to wait 40 minutes long. So I charged up to 50% only.

Made a stop here on the way to SF. Worked out reasonably well. There are a lot of stores in this strip mall if you want to explore while waiting. They had shade mid-evening which was nice while we waited. The charge time was off though. It started off quite fast and then progressively took longer and we ended up leaving before getting to the ideal charge. All good, it all worked out.

19 charging spots available. Located across from Best Buy.

Glad to have a supercharging station in this area. San Bruno isn't far from here, but every step closer to San Francisco helps, especially if you're heading to the East Bay or Marin. It's in the parking lot across from Best Buy and PetSmart.

I like this supercharger station because they have a significant number of chargers (I am guessing more than 20) and it is quite literally beside the 101 freeway. It is also very close to my work and all of this is makes it a great place to charge up. Other reasons are a few places within a short walk to get some food or drink makes it nice too. The odd thing is it always tries to charge up to 80% of capacity even though there are only less than 5 cars connected to the chargers. Definitely one to save.

I stopped in for a quick charge here on the way to a meeting on the Peninsula. They have many charges and are set back a bit so you can get in and out of the easily. There is a Starbucks and other stores near by in order to relax or occupy your time while charging. Charge speeds were good (see picture). Great option for Tesla charging just off 101!

They provided a very competitive estimate, and the exceptional level of service and quality proved to be an outstanding value. The communication and permitting process with Kirill was excellent from start to finish. Erin handled the installation and did a phenomenal job. Erin was very knowledgeable and clearly explained every step. Erin was also very polite and courteous. He was very thoughtful about executing a high-quality, clean install, specifically ensuring there were no visible lines that would clutter our home. They took the time to do things right and make the final setup look clean and professional.

I needed to install my own Emporia Pro charger with a load balancer and wanted to get it done quickly and with a permit. I reached out to EV Charger Expert. I communicated with two people from the company: Kirill, the sales manager, and Erin, the electrician/installer. **The Good** Kirill is very prompt and responsive. He always answers the phone and is willing to discuss the details. He clearly knows the intricacies of EV charger installations, even in more complex situations. He was able to schedule the installation very quickly, and the work was completed on time. The city inspection was done one month later and passed without any issues. So, my primary goal was achieved: I had my charger installed, permitted, and running ASAP. **The Bad** The cost of the installation was fairly high. I paid $2,450 for installation, materials, and the permit. Since I provided my own charger, I believe the labor and other installation costs represented the majority of that amount. For this price, I expected a very high-quality job. Erin installed and set up everything within one day. Two relatively minor problems occurred. If the company had handled these issues better, I would have given them four or even five stars. **1. The load balancer antenna** My charger includes a load balancer with a small antenna. The antenna is supposed to stick out from the metal subpanel so that it can receive a Wi-Fi signal. After the installation, the antenna was hanging through a large round hole in the subpanel. It looked unfinished and, in my opinion, was both unattractive and potentially unsafe. I could not convince the installer to cover the opening, so I had to do it myself. I made a trip to Home Depot, spent about $10 on parts, and made a simple cover myself. The antenna is now secure and the opening is properly covered. Please see the before-and-after pictures. **2. Stripped subpanel screw** During the installation, one of the four screws holding the subpanel door was stripped. I considered this a safety issue. I notified both the installer and the sales manager by SMS that evening, as soon as I noticed it. The installer called me back two days later and, to put it mildly, was quite rude. He told me that it was not an emergency and that they would take care of it on the day of the inspection. On the day of the inspection, Kirill did not have the appropriate replacement hardware. I suggested using a tap and a slightly larger screw to repair the stripped hole, but he declined. Once again, I had to make a trip to a hardware store, purchase a set of taps and screws, and repair it myself. To be fair, Kirill reimbursed me $30 for the cost of the screws and taps. In total, I made several trips to a hardware store and spent several hours fixing issues that I believe should have been addressed by the installer. **Overall** The installation was completed quickly, on schedule, and passed the city inspection without any problems. Kirill was also very responsive throughout the process. However, given the high price, I expected better attention to detail and better handling of the two relatively minor issues that came up. Neither problem was particularly difficult or expensive to fix, but in both cases, I ultimately had to resolve the issue myself. For me, the installation achieved its main objective, but the quality of the finishing work and the way the problems were handled left something to be desired. For these reasons, I am giving EV Charger Expert three stars.

Aaron came recommended by Boardwalk Chevy, Nissan because he knows how to install EV charging stations. His price was the great, and his work is top notch. One nice touch was the EV cut off sticker on the breaker panel. It's the little things that make a big difference.

So when I got the chance to 1) do the right thing and 2) draw more attention to me... I took it.... I got an electric car! But it takes 21 hours to re-charge with an extension cord! So I opted for a high-speed EV Charger (240 v, 32 Amp). Now 4 hours and she's full of pep again! Look, I go with the best. And the best in EV Charging installation is Rogers Electric. They've done hundreds of installs in the Bay Area... and couldn't be nicer. Aaron came out and saw my situation- main box was at other end of the house, had to run romex entire length of house in crawl space, had pop up outside then re-enter garage and had to cross garage to where we needed the charger. Wow. But the bid was solid, the work done quickly and the Town Inspector (always get a Permit!) said "good job!" I'm zippin' around town now in my Fiat 500e as quietly as a mouse but I'm still hearing "you're fired!" from my fans. Well, they got it wrong.... I may be unsure about that birth certificate but I'm absolutely sure that you can't Trump Rogers Electric. Give them a call and live large Baby! And enjoy that State rebate on an electric car.

A special shoutout to Paula, who was one of the first people to welcome us and took the time to show us around Springline. She made the whole experience so warm and personal from the very beginning. And a huge thank you to the entire team - Brian, Brandon, Jalene, and Sakaya. They truly go above and beyond with every request and somehow always make you feel like nothing is ever too much trouble. It's those little details that make such a difference. We especially love the gym, pool and BBQ area. Everything is always so clean, beautifully maintained, and ready to enjoy. You can really tell how much effort the team puts into taking care of the community. The onsite cleaning team also deserves a special mention. They're here every day, keeping everything spotless and taken care of, but they do it so thoughtfully and seamlessly that you never feel bothered by it. Somehow, you just notice that everything has already been taken care of before you even have to think about it. But what makes Springline truly special for us is the people. In just a few months, we've met so many wonderful people and already feel like part of the community. We're so happy we found this place and genuinely couldn't imagine a better place to live, meet amazing people, and build our new chapter in the Bay Area.
