Overall, the job was completed successfully, passed inspection, and avoided a costly panel upgrade. But there were also a few areas where the process could have been handled more proactively. What I appreciated: * Technical expertise & cost savings: My service panel is limited (90A), and other contractors immediately suggested an expensive underground service upgrade. Kirill performed load calculation and recommended using an Emporia Pro charger with dynamic load management. That solution allowed me to safely add both the EV charging outlet and the microwave circuit without upgrading the service panel. * Permits & documentation: They provided the required licensing, insurance documentation and handled the city permitting and inspection process. The final inspection passed without issue. * Responsiveness: Communication was generally clear via email regarding quotes, scheduling, and permit updates. Where I believe the process could improve: We encountered a major obstacle when it was discovered that the crawl space was blocked by a concrete foundation wall, preventing wire routing as originally planned. Initially, there wasn't a clear alternative proposed. I ended up suggesting routing the wiring through the ceiling instead. While the team evaluated and successfully implemented that solution, I would have preferred if alternative routing strategies had been proactively identified earlier in the process. I also want to acknowledge Erin's craftsmanship. When we ultimately routed the wiring through the ceiling, he carefully navigated around existing plumbing lines and made precise cuts to minimize disruption. The finish work was clean and well executed. In the end, the installation works well, passed inspection, and achieved the primary goal of adding EV charging without a major panel upgrade. I would recommend them for homeowners with limited electrical capacity, especially if dynamic load management is needed.

We sometimes buy the gift cards from Costco, which basically works out to about 20% off. We've also purchased the summer pass the last two years, which gives unlimited visits for the pass holder and guests. This Residence Inn saved me from no water and a complaining wife if I had stayed at the other hotel. I dropped in to check to see if they had vacancies. They assured me that rooms would be available. I immediately got onto to Concur, my employer's travel website and made the reservation. I was able to check in early the next morning after speaking to them, and due to my elite status. Check in was easy since they remembered my face. They gave us a studio king. The room had a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, coffemaker and microwave. The King bed was nice and comfortable. The bathroom had the usual Marriott bottle products. The room was good for a one night's stay. Their gym, once I found it, was adequate with treadmills, ellipticals, dumb bells, kettlebells, and Pilates balls. It was good enough to give me a good workout. Their parking lot is big. They do charge for parking. My only complaint, if I had one is that the staff does not know how to use virtual credit card payments. I had to use my own credit card instead of charging my virtual card. Other than that, it was a good stay. I wouldn't mind staying again if the other hotel I usually stay at wasn't available.

You'll find everything from more affordable pieces to higher-end items near the counter, which keeps it interesting every time I visit here. One thing I really appreciate is that a good portion of the sales goes the local Humane Society. I love this spot, and you can sometimes catch me here looking for my next treasure find!

Installation was quick and easy, and the price reasonable. Several years later we had an issue with the breaker itself failing. One of their crew came to our house the morning I reported it and he immediately fixed it. No charge. The absence of issues is not the measure of great service. Stuff happens. It's the response that makes the difference. This one was right on target. Really appreciated!
