I went in for breakfast on a Thursday morning, and ordered a regular coffee with my breakfast. What I got was a watered-down, slightly vegetal tasting, hot beverage that was reminiscent of coffee. The food was very good - creative, well prepared, and large portions. The atmosphere was bright, airy and immaculate. The service, excellent! I'm sorry, I can't get past how bad the coffee was. Hotel room coffee is WAY more palatable than that charade of coffee. If like me, you require a solid cup of coffee to balance your breakfast, DO NOT waste your time there. As for eating there at a non-coffee time, meh. It's called, "Darlene's Breakfast & Brunch". Other places would come to mind first. The bill was fairly priced (even a little lower than expected). Except for the "coffee". $4.00 for that?! They should pay me $4.00 for enduring it. I even gave it a second chance with a refill, after forcing down the first cup, thinking that it might have been a bad pot. Nope! The fresh pot was equally underwhelming. Now that I'm back in the car. I'll need to stop somewhere else for an actual cup of coffee.
