Then said I'll do you a favor I'll put it back on the shelf and you can go buy it somewhere else! Race? Ignorance? Lack of business skills? They will pay for an uber or Lyft to take you within a certain range and pick you back up. It's great for remote workers to drop off before work and pickup at lunch etc. *They usually send out $20 oil change coupons The bad: *The coupons are to get you in the door and sell your car or buy a new one. Every time I have went they are texting me or giving me fliers about selling my car. I'm willing to put up with this for the $20 oil change. *The following happened to me today and I'm VERY irritated. I bought tires at Costco and they TOOK OFF my Costco sticker for when my tires need to be rotated and sent me home with a sheet noting an alignment should be done next visit and it is $189. So now I have to call Costco to ask when my car should be serviced by them because Toyota removed the sticker. Removing the sticker had me furious as soon as I noticed at the light pulling out. It reminded me of another situation. Prior to getting new tires at Costco my car had only been serviced at Toyota. My tires needed a tool to get them off. So Costco could not take them off, I called Toyota who informed me they wouldn't have used my tool as they use a universal one. I sure as heck wasn't in my replacement tire area removing any of the tools. So I had to order the tool to get the tire off, make another appointment at Costco. Just a giant waste of time and now my time is wasted again because they removed the sticker. It's sad, I think this was my last visit to Team Toyota Service..over a sticker.

Most of their employees have been working there for years and know a thing or two about cars unlike other local joints. Their prices on the last things I bought were less than the competition too.
